So when I kept having issue I made an effort to get my appointment schedule through Danielle and though it took a couple attempts with 3 parts and two cables along with several computer reprograms, holding my breath I’ll say it’s fixed. Where do I begin, they're all amazing no matter what department! They are very welcoming. I personally like having a warm cozy feeling when I have to wait somewhere. They have it. Again, never needed but wow! There overall kindness is great! Our business works with Colonial Ford for parts and service on our company Navigator. Sometimes one department is different than another for customer service. All of the employees there are great and welcoming in any department. As long as I have a my Lincoln I will always travel to Colonial for my rides needs. More
