I would never recommend anyone bring there vehicle to be serviced there . I brought my truck in for a sensor for my exhaust and there trained tech that I am paying $200 an hour to fix my truck at the dealer serviced there . I brought my truck in for a sensor for my exhaust and there trained tech that I am paying $200 an hour to fix my truck at the dealership breaks the sensor off. in the beginning the estimate was around $900 part was $300 to $400 the service manager calls me the next day and said they broke the sensor off the exhaust so I need a whole new exhaust system? 7500 for a new one. I told him no that I am not spending that kind of money I was just getting a new sensor and I was going to sell the truck. I am wondering if anyone else has had this kind of problems with this dealership before ? And don’t they carry insurance for this kind of thing if they damage the vehicle? I am going to contact Ford motor Company next to follow up about this dealership. More

I scheduled an appointment to repair my sunroof and then added an oil change. My appointment was scheduled a month before the actual appointment. The oil change and subsequent front end repair which was add added an oil change. My appointment was scheduled a month before the actual appointment. The oil change and subsequent front end repair which was added upon inspection by the technician weee completed by Tuesday 1/2. The sunroof was not looked at until Thursday 1/4 and subsequently repaired by 1/11. So basically the original appointment for the sunroof took over 2 weeks. Josh did a good job managing the obstacles but he couldn’t get the service dept. to address the issues. I don’t understand how a Repair scheduled for a specific purpose isn’t addressed for 8 days. Additionally the cost to repair it almost equaled the value of the original cost of the sunroof.. makes no sense. More
email received stating 20,000 mile service and price was not accurate. Stated 89.99 but when checked in agent said service did not include cabin filter which was also needed, and price was significantly hig not accurate. I dropped off my F150 lighting to deal with an issue realted to the GPS/radio. The issue was clearly complicated and had to do with the wireing harness. I had excellent communication with Eduardo. The reapair went very badly, as we ended up waiting for many weeks to get Ford to deploy a field tech to assist in reprogramming the module. So overall my experience was terrible, but it was clear that colonial was doing everything possible to resolve the issue. The only thing your team could have done better was to send over an explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle. I still haven't received any sort of report or paperwork about what was done to the vehicle. I rated speed as ppor, but i don't hold colonial responsible for this. I rated quality as average, but only because I dont really feel like I know what was done to the vehicle. More
