Each of these employees did an excellent job servicing our Freestar last week. Mark Johnson completed the body work in a professional manner and with great expertise to fix a tricky problem. Tim Robitalle checked the brakes as we asked, and discovered a problem with the emergency brake, which had caused a warning light to go on. He fixed the problem without issue. When Fred DeFeo called to inform us that our van was ready, He explained the problem, in detail. He then explained the problem in detail again when we picked up the van. We bought our Freestar at Colonial Ford in 2008, used. We are ALWAYS pleased with the friendly service by knowledgeable employees. Joe Murphy is also an excellent service advisor whom we have worked with on numerous occasions to keep our Feestar running like new. He is always friendly, cordial, and professional. We have NEVER had a problem scheduling an appointment. Sometimes we just drop in unannounced, and our van is serviced immediately. As one can see, we are extremely pleased with the service and dedication of the employees at Colonial Ford in Plymouth and will continue to sing its praises. What a difference from another Ford dealership! The Ford dealership in Hyannis wanted to charge me nearly $400 just for diagnostic services. Colonial did the diagnostics and repair (ABS sensor ring) f Ford dealership in Hyannis wanted to charge me nearly $400 just for diagnostic services. Colonial did the diagnostics and repair (ABS sensor ring) for $250. The Hyannis dealership estimated more than six hours for the job. They did the job so fast I also had them to other routine service work and I was out of there in three hours. After going to the Hyannis Ford dealership three times -- and never getting service due to time delays -- it was a pleasure to deal with people who respected my time... and didn't try to treat me as a open checkbook. More
Mark Johnston at Colonial's collision center was awesome to deal with. Not only was he friendly and patient with us after my son's accident but his quality of work was unbelievable making the car lo awesome to deal with. Not only was he friendly and patient with us after my son's accident but his quality of work was unbelievable making the car look better than what it looked like before the accident. He worked with my son with his deductible as my son is in college and had him back on the road in just a few days. I would recommend this body shop over any shop I've ever dealt with. Definitely the place to go to even if you don't have a Ford! More

Stopped by to schedule an oil change, and was directed straight into the service bay. Dave noticed I needed a state inspection and was able to perform the inspection and the oil change right away.
