I brought my truck to colonial ford because it wasn't running rite. I did not have an appointment they fit me rite in that day. Fred defeo was my service advisor and Adam defino was my service tech. Both good guys explain everything in detail and go above and beyond. Radio/GPS computer went bad. Fred and Peter found an APIM module inop, but due to our schedule, we did not have the time to get the problem fixed. We are often at Colonial Ford as we have 4 Fords in our family (at one time, we had 6 !!). I am always greeted by name and assisted quickly. I was fortunate to work nearby and the van would drive me to w family (at one time, we had 6 !!). I am always greeted by name and assisted quickly. I was fortunate to work nearby and the van would drive me to work. If I couldn't get a ride back, Joe would send someone to pick me up. If my car wasn't ready, I was always offered a rental/borrowed vehicle. The completed repairs were done as requested and our vehicles run great because of this! Thank you! More
I purchased my truck from Colonial Ford and had trouble with the 4 wheel drive. Fred Defeo and John Smolak were amazing. I called in for my 5,000 mile service on Monday 11/25 for my Expedition EL and reached Rick. I asked for a service while you wait for Friday AEAP. He gave me 7:30am. I arrived uncharactorsically late at 7: my Expedition EL and reached Rick. I asked for a service while you wait for Friday AEAP. He gave me 7:30am. I arrived uncharactorsically late at 7:40am and was met by Joe Murphy (my usual and long time contact). Joe propmptly took me right in and expeditiously got my expedtion in for service with Mike. I appreciated the fast and attentive care for my needs for a quick turn-around everytime I come there. As ususal my car is professionally and expertly maintained with a car wash and vacumm that follows. I have had up to 5 vehicles maintained by Colonial over that past 10 years with over 1,000,000 mile recorded collectively and this doesn't include the many customers I've referred there. My wife and I keep coming back to Colonial because of the professional and courtesous care we have received in the past, present and look forward to many more years ahead - even though we have moved to Maine We appreciate Joe and his team for all that they do for me and my family.
