Rainy day wiper issue I had an issue with my windshield wipers on a rainy Monday afternoon and called the service dept. and spoke to Anthony Cristiani. After hearing about I had an issue with my windshield wipers on a rainy Monday afternoon and called the service dept. and spoke to Anthony Cristiani. After hearing about my issue, Anthony said bring your vehicle in and we will address the problem.. Upon arrival, Joe murphy took down the necessary information, and informed me that a service tech would make the necessary repairs. During the entire time I was waiting for my truck both Joe and Anthony kept me informed on what the tech was diagnosing. My vehicle was serviced in less than an hour which I thought was incredible due to the fact, that it was a very busy afternoon. In closing,I would like to add that both Joe murphy and Anthony Cristiani were very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with! Both these gentleman are a credit to colonial ford! More

I purchased a new Crown Vic 10 years ago and they have kept it running like a top since then. I have had particularly great customer service from Anthony Cristiani on the service desk. A very positive experience! I had a recall on my 2010 Mercury Milan that I brought to a local Ford dealership to have fixed. A few weeks later, my car was having the same issues I had a recall on my 2010 Mercury Milan that I brought to a local Ford dealership to have fixed. A few weeks later, my car was having the same issues. I tried to get a second appointment with them, but, they didn't have any available for at least two weeks (even after I explained that my car lost acceleration and stopped running two times on the way home from work that day). I called Colonial Ford and explained the situation to the Service Advisor, Anthony Cristiani. He was genuinely concerned for my well-being as the car was not safe to drive, and told me he would make sure it was serviced the next morning. The car was completely repaired and ready to go in less than 24 hours. I have had no issues since. Anthony was very professional and understanding of the situation. I would highly recommend Colonial Ford for any repairs. More

Am I The Only One Unhappy? Dropped off 2012 Ford Edge to have door lock and door ajar switch replaced at 7:30 AM ,job quoted for 3-31/2 hours .Dealer closed without call to exp Dropped off 2012 Ford Edge to have door lock and door ajar switch replaced at 7:30 AM ,job quoted for 3-31/2 hours .Dealer closed without call to explain why car not ready. Next day called dealer told car needed a part that tech either lost or broke . Service said would call when ready ,once again I called service at 11am and told car ready in 45 minutes.(13 hours for a 3 1/2 hour job) Took car home and noticed door panel was loose .Back to dealership told must order part.(that tech must have broken) The fact car was returned and I was not made aware of problem is what really bothers me. Returned to dealer to have door panel reinstalled (another 1 hour job) . A grand total of 14 hours for a 3 hour job. We have recently moved to Plymouth Ma. and searched a good dealership, after this experience wife want's to trade in ford for another brand of auto ,so we can get it serviced .Loyal ford owner for 40 years now looking for another make of auto. Sales at Colonial ford and also ownership should sit up and listen, I don't know where poor reviews go on this website . they cant\'t all be good can they? More

I cannot say enough about how accommodating our Service Advisor Joe Murphy has been every time! Joe has made sure that we have been happy each time we have come to Colonial. This past time we also need the service of Peter LaGruta in the Tech Department. Peter did not give up until our car was fixed and, if anyone has had a problem with their sync system you know it can be difficult.as well as frustrating. Peter was persistent and was sure that the system was fixed to our satisfaction. Both Joe and Peter were also pleasant and gentleman through the entire process. We will not hesitate to return too or recommend Colonial's Service Department. More

My first experience with the service center and Anthony was when I brought this vehicle in for an inspection sticker. I am a big fan of quality customer service and will sing the praises of any business that provides such. Hence, I can't say enough about my great experience with Anthony and Colonial Ford. I didn't have an appointment and showed up towards the end of the day. I wasn't expecting anyone to be thrilled with me. To my surprise, I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the service area, greeted with a smile and "Hi. How can I help you?" They took my vehicle right away and told me to feel free to make myself comfortable in the waiting area. I don't think I even warmed the seat in the waiting area before they came in and told me I was all set! Love it! Today, we had to drop off our other vehicle. The window wouldn't close on the truck as of last night. We dropped it off before the dealership opened, no appointment again. I brought my husband to work and drove back to the dealership to plead my case and see if they could fit us in. I had to be at work shortly, so didn't have much time to accomplish this in. When I walked through the door, Anthony gave me the same happy greeting. (I don't think a lot of companies realize just how important that initial greeting is to a customer.) He patiently listened to my dilemma and told me he was pretty sure he could fit us in. I gave him a contact number, thanked him and went on my way. (I was actually early for work.) He phoned me a few hours later to let me know what was wrong, what cost we would be looking at, and to get our consent before they did any work. We gave them the green light and our vehicle was all set before the end of the day. Peter was the technician that worked on the truck. When my husband tested the window, his exact words were "It's as smooth as silk. Nice!" Great job guys! You've made a repeat customer out of us! More
