Good afternoon David, Without question there was both poor and inappropriate communication escalating to the point of us loosing a valued customer. As you and I had discussed by phone after the incident, I do apologize that this unfortunate situation occurred and I want to make your truck right. Although you had said you'll never go near the dealership again, I'm hopeful you will reconsider and allow us to complete all repairs to your satisfaction including the damage on the tailgate at no cost to you. Poor communication? You had one of your employees come after me on camera in your parking lot - within a couple feet of my face ready to fight me, no mask, during a pandemic where I had to go back there more than once for a simple recall. You have more than a poor communication issue here, you have a PR nightmare that Ford Corporate is now handling Your original offer involved a truck waiting for me to use, or your dent service company coming to my house. That is it the offer you gave. Quote from your own text Are you available Friday? “My Dent Wizard guy usually comes here Fridays. I can provide you transportation.” Why would I go anywhere near your dealership after what went down. What you should have done is offered to have the repairs taken care of outside of your dealership. Seeing that the last 2 times I brought it in, I left with more problems than what I came there with. You didn’t do that. You wanted me to drag myself back down to your dealership, so they can have my truck for even more time. You could have stopped this. You didn’t respond to me asking if you viewed the camera between 12:15-12:30 PM on Tuesday. Did you view it and what do you have to say about one go your employees coming after a customer while his manager then tells the customer that he needs to leave right now, you have been ignorant from the start ??
