I wouldn't go anywhere else! Anthony is a great asset to your team! I have been coming there for service for a few years and I have never met a more helpful and knowledgeable man! Anthony is a great asset to your team! I have been coming there for service for a few years and I have never met a more helpful and knowledgeable man! He was very friendly and helpful and walked me through the entire process of getting my car fixed when it ended up being more serious than I thought. He definitely made the experience less painful and I will always be a forever customer! Every employee I always come across in the entire place is always cheerful and happy! From the moment I scheduled the repair to the time the job was completed, mark Johnston kept me well informed, giving me constant updates. Further, he also dealt with the appraisers, insurance company and the car rental service making my experience totally hassle free! Talk about great customer service! Upon delivery, my truck looked like it came out of the showroom. Mark and his staff did an outstanding job and are a credit to colonial ford! More

Bad experience I have been using the service department at Colonial for the past year and often have a very long wait for scheduled work. Today I had an oil change scheduled for 10 am and at 10:40 I went back inside to grab my keys and leave. Why schedule appointments if you don't stick by the time? They give me the runaround too often and then say Sorry. More
