Anthony Cristiani was my service advisor for all of my service issues, I must say he goes above and beyond to insure his customers leave happy. Poor follow up I went to them to get my door fixed because it wouldn't open from the inside. I called them Monday and told then exactly what was wrong. They set up an appointment for Thursday at 8:30 which was fine. When I got there everything seemed fine, they got me set up took my phone number and drove me to work. They told me they would call. Never did. I called around 3:30 and was put on hold for ages and then finally someone told me they would call back in 15 minutes. They didn't. I called and finally was told they didn't have the part but they would have it tomorrow but oh sorry your door is taken apart and you can't drive it home did I have a ride? Thank god my boss said she would and then come get me in the morning. i was shocked at the lack of communication. They knew why I was bringing my car in and had it all day and never called with updates. It wasn't until I hunted them down that they told me what was wrong. Then when it was finally ready the guy greeted me by being on the phone and handing me off to someone else and when I voice my concerns he didn't seem to care. Oh and driving home I noticed they didn't fully put the door back together. You could totally see where they opened it up to fix More

We just traded the car yesterday. If it wasn't for the all the guys at the Service Department, we would probably not buy a Ford again (we bought a Fusion again at Colonial Ford, #5). We probably dealt with everyone at the Service Department after 8 or 9 times going back, so thank you to all of you John, Joe, Mike, Jason, etc. The customer service is excellent and we are just grateful for your patience, empathy and willingness to find a solution for us. From zero to hero My Ford Mustang had a gas tank fill problem. After picking it up following a call that it was ready, I found the problem still occurring.
