I was sent 4 reminders of appointment to replace recalled door latches Not sure how many were replaced , no information on customer copy of receipt. Just bought a pre-owned vehicle at Colonial Ford. Tom is a fabulous salesman. I had a concern about a vibration I was feeling while driving. I brought it in for evaluation. Tom assured me car was safe to drive and then scheduled a longer appointment for me at my convenience. Danielle was excellent! She went the extra mile to research my concerns and even copied information from online to explain what I was feeling while driving! Very impressed with all the staff at Colonial Ford will definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

My last visit was a very enjoyable experience, Danielle was a pleasure to deal with. She was aware that I was from the Cape and that I was going to wait for my vehicle.
