My wife and I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle today. We were treated very fairly with no pressure by both John and George. So after deciding to buy a new car a few days ago, I went to 4 different dealerships. After going through the first three, I knew I wasnt going to be able to afford a brand new 2014 Escape and accepted that to 4 different dealerships. When I walked in, Art greeted me and I felt something that you dont always feel in a dealership.... Genuinely Welcomed. Art took his time with me and walked me through many options. With the help of Dell the S.M., we managed to get myself into a BRAND NEW Escape, and it actually was not a bare bones model!! I drove 42 miles to this dealership and passed 2 other Ford Dealerships along the way. I will be sure that I send anyone I know to see these guys. I was there for almost 3 hours and honestly enjoyed myself, and the free coffee! More
