I wanted a New Ford Edge with very specific options. I could not find an Edge with what I wanted. Other dealers kept trying to sell me what was on the lot. He listened to me and suggested that I order a car, and get exactly what I want. We did it all over the phone and by E-mail. I only had to make one trip to the dealership to do paperwork. Chris was selling another car when I arrived, and the General Manager, Sean McCarthy, took time with me and explained everything while I waited for Chris. It was a great experience, and I have a new Ford Edge Limited in brilliant white. I think this dealership is head and shoulders above the rest. More

I have had a Ford Focus since 08 and I love it. My daughter needed a car for college, and I needed a new Focus. I did my looking on the Colonial Ford website, and the Ford website, and it made it very clear as to what I wanted in my Focus. Colonial, and Chris, got me clear information to decide on. This was really important to me, as I have 3 kids and this was my one day off. I did not have ten days to devote to buying a car and car shopping. When my husband replaces his Fusion this summer we will go back to Colonial Ford. More
