We purchased our brand new 2014 Ford Explorer about 3 weeks ago and Art Guertin took excellent care of us. Not only did he do his best to find a 2013 for us, which was an uphill battle, he did NOT press weeks ago and Art Guertin took excellent care of us. Not only did he do his best to find a 2013 for us, which was an uphill battle, he did NOT pressure us to buy the 2014 that I test-drove on our first visit there. He worked very hard for us and when we realized the 2014 was the way to go, he had us in that same day. He was a pleasure to work with and even had me come back the next day so that he could show me how to work with the "extras" that came with my car (that weren't invented when we bought our Windstar in '01!) When it's time to replace my husband's 2008 Focus, we will call and make an appointment with Art. He was really nice to work with. More

We have bought our last 4 cars at this dealership and decided to go back since we always get great service and we are loyal to the brand and walk out of the dealership with a big smile on our faces. This time was no exception, Art showed us the models we were interested in, gave us the keys, took the cars for test drives, gave us all the information about the cars, answered our questions and cared about our needs and what we were looking for. We told him we were planning on also trying a different brand and that we will come back that afternoon. In the end, our heart was set in the Ford Focus and we decided to go for it. The process was easy and painless, there's nothing worse than to work with a sales person that is pushy and just wants to make his quota. Everybody at the dealership is extremely nice, welcoming and you can expect nothing but the best. Shane Conroy, whom we've known for a few years now, once again helped us with the sale documents and got us a really good rate and monthly payment which is what I was looking for AND we also got an amazing deal from Dell, Sales Manager, for being loyal customers. I went back to the dealership three days after in order for Art to help me understand and explain all the features of my new car, the syncmyride.com page and to get my registration. He also gave me a pin drive with the latest update of the software in my car and showed me the park assistance feature. We are very happy with Art and with our car. We will continue to come back to Colonial Ford for years to come. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! More

After a long winded search for the right car I ended up at Ford Colonial for the vehicle I purchased while visiting family in the Plymouth Area. Working with Art was great, not only was he friendly and not "FAKE" or pushy or annoying we chatted and shared family stories and personal information which made the wait time hospitable. What a difference from another Ford dealership! The Ford dealership in Hyannis wanted to charge me nearly $400 just for diagnostic services. Colonial did the diagnostics and repair (ABS sensor ring) f Ford dealership in Hyannis wanted to charge me nearly $400 just for diagnostic services. Colonial did the diagnostics and repair (ABS sensor ring) for $250. The Hyannis dealership estimated more than six hours for the job. They did the job so fast I also had them to other routine service work and I was out of there in three hours. After going to the Hyannis Ford dealership three times -- and never getting service due to time delays -- it was a pleasure to deal with people who respected my time... and didn't try to treat me as a open checkbook. More
Mark Johnston at Colonial's collision center was awesome to deal with. Not only was he friendly and patient with us after my son's accident but his quality of work was unbelievable making the car lo awesome to deal with. He worked with my son with his deductible as my son is in college and had him back on the road in just a few days. I would recommend this body shop over any shop I've ever dealt with. Mr. DeFeo took the time to speak to my husband and I about our desire to purchase a new car for myself. He brought us into the Showroom and introduced us to Mr. Guertin. Mr. Guertin took the time to find EXACTLY what I wanted. He delivered the car to my house and explained each and every option. I brought the car in today for a sticker. I was greeted by Mr. Guertin. He took car of my car and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room. When the car was finished, Mr DeFeo came to tell me and walked me to the car. If you are thinking of buying a new car, Colonial Ford is the place to go. We will be back! More
