Our salesperson, Joe, was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and asked questions to assess what we wanted in a vehicle. Notably, there was no high-pressure sales talk, which made us feel at ease and comfortable. After we made the purchase, sitting in our new vehicle, ready to leave the dealership, Joe explained all the options (bells and whistles). With our previous purchases, no salesperson took the time after the deal had been made to explain everything we needed to know. Joe went above and beyond in explaining each system and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of our investment. This is why we highly recommend Colonial Chevrolet. More

Terrible experience. I was told multiple times my vehicles would be ready by Tuesday, then when it wasn’t ready, they said it would be ready by Friday. When I was told it I was told multiple times my vehicles would be ready by Tuesday, then when it wasn’t ready, they said it would be ready by Friday. When I was told it still wasn’t on Friday. They said they’d call me Saturday morning. No call. When I called Saturday later in the day asking why they didn’t call, they said because it wasn’t ready and that the earliest I would receive my vehicle would be Monday. Ultimately it was top 5 worst experiences overall, especially from a communication standpoint. More

Took vehicle in for check engine light under warranty. Service guy told me it might cost me - did not like that since he had no idea.
