Clearly a very good service department. I brought my truck in for something easy and something hard. Was cheerfully told that my truck was "all set" and my wife picked it up. I called he I brought my truck in for something easy and something hard. Was cheerfully told that my truck was "all set" and my wife picked it up. I called her to ask how the "hard" thing was working. She said she hadn't noticed but looked at the service report and read that the problem was not fixed. I was pretty disappointed. Why would someone say you were "all set" when you definitely were not. This seems like a strong group and my expectations for execution and communication are higher. More

The price I paid (over $130. 00) to replace a headlamp was outrageous. $94.00 in labor is over the top. I could have had a regular full oil change and multi-point check & tire rot 00) to replace a headlamp was outrageous. $94.00 in labor is over the top. I could have had a regular full oil change and multi-point check & tire rotation for about the same price. I have been a customer for years and I am very disappointed. I have a regular oil change appt on Nov 18, 2024 and I would like a credit for $94 labor charge applied. I really feel ripped off & I have never felt that about Colonial. More
