I Usually love the service but this time I waited almost 2 hrs for an oil change and inspection sticker. I was waiting at the dealership for the vehicle with my 10 month old baby, after over an hr and a hal 2 hrs for an oil change and inspection sticker. I was waiting at the dealership for the vehicle with my 10 month old baby, after over an hr and a half I had to walk up and ask how much longer it was going to be. I was told they just had to put the oil in and it would be all done. I just don’t understand what took so long this time, with no update from service. More

Chevrolet marketing is making a big pivot to expand EV offerings. This difference in policy choices at the dealer level seems inconsistent with thier sales goals. When I seek out service it feels like my vehicle and my needs are an inconvenience to the service department and pushes me to seek service elsewhere. More

I Went in for a routine oil/filter/tire rotation. Robert-the service manager noticed a toggle switch for my driver seat control was missing. Brought my Bolt EV in for a tire rotation and safety check. Everything went smoothly. The waiting area is really great - it makes it easy and comfortable to wait for the work to be done.
