All I can tell you is the service department had to get a GMC technician to diagnose the problem and they took care of the issue and made sure I had a loaner. GMC technician to diagnose the problem and they took care of the issue and made sure I had a loaner. More

Their concern for costumers satisfaction is highly commendable. I didn't have an appointment but they had to create a space for me and then attended to me so very well commendable. I didn't have an appointment but they had to create a space for me and then attended to me so very well More
welcoming and efficient. They are very helpful and input discounts without prompting. Wish they had a day they were open earlier or later once a week They are very helpful and input discounts without prompting. Wish they had a day they were open earlier or later once a week More
Colonial fixed 2 known problems that I have read others' experience with on the web: the high energy battery controller replacement and the under-the-dash electric heater connector failing. The battery co experience with on the web: the high energy battery controller replacement and the under-the-dash electric heater connector failing. The battery controller was replaced in the first week and as I drove out of Colonial I got heater messages and no heat. This seems like a Colonial fault, but really it is a known 2017 Volt Premier issue (PIC 6266) but perhaps my warranty doesn't cover it. Web accounts say other service depts charged for removing the dash board, but Colonial was able to repair it less expensively. So I surmise that replacing the battery controller was enough to disturb a poor heater connection, perhaps by a slight tug on a wire harness. I have my car back and can plan longer drives now, although i have to relearn how to drive it after 3 months of primarily gas driving. Absolutely no non-Chevrolet personnel worked on the car. Pickup and delivery was by my bicycle but the multiple choice did not offer "not applicable" More
