Located in Acton, MA, this service center is a drive for us in Marblehead. We greatly appreciated the team's eagerness to take on the job - most of the time, service providers cause you to feel as though th us in Marblehead. We greatly appreciated the team's eagerness to take on the job - most of the time, service providers cause you to feel as though they are doing you a favor even for a necessary service! The team at Colonial is not like that at all. I especially thought the body shop repair manager was kind and a straight shooter. On the "needs a bit more attention front," when we arrived to pick up the car, being told all of the work was complete, we noticed the damage to the interior of the car was not repaired requiring a second trip to and fro to Acton. Also we had the car detailed ($300.00!) and there were several places in the intereior, rear bumper and storage area in back that had not been cleaned. We werre given a price adjustment for this lapse, but it seems like doing a thorough job is probably the standard. Just a bit of feedback, we are well pleased with the repairs. Many thanks. More
