He sincerely took the time to help me select what I wanted, then located the exact model for my purchase. I already really feel he went to bat for me on my trade value, where most dealers would likely give you an insulting low ball offer, Colonial started at fair trade value which I really appreciated. Now that I'm 24, I figured I could handle the adult task of buying a car on my own. I did a lot of research and found a 2017 Ford Escape I was interested in at Colonial Chevrolet. I've never felt more comfortable and secure in being able to make a decision on my own than when I went to their dealership. Luke Ealey welcomed me and took me out to see the car and then for a test drive. He was very nice and personable, he answered all of my questions and walked me through the different functions of the vehicle. I absolutely loved the car, but I originally had plans to see another vehicle the next morning. I appreciated that Luke never made me feel pressured into making a decision about the car that day. I also appreciated that he was working really hard with me to make sure I got the best deal possible and that I got everything I was asking for. I loved the car so much and I felt confident enough with the team to get the car that day. I'm incredibly grateful to Luke and Michael (the finance manager) for making this such a nice and easy buying experience for me.
