I went in to Colonial to test drive a GMC Acadia and fell in love with it. Joe came in on Thursday, his day off, to make sure I would go home with my new car. I left Colonial on Thursday with my car, transfe in love with it. Joe came in on Thursday, his day off, to make sure I would go home with my new car. Last week I took delivery of a new Equinox from the Colonial Group and specifically Colonial Chevrolet and Jim Keefe, our long-term professional sales representative. I think this is the fifteenth vehicle we have brought from Larry Gordon and his team since the mid 90’s when I met him in the local coffee shop in Stow. They are the only dealership we do business with now, and they have earned it, through years of outstanding customer service and support and a great service staff that keeps our vehicles and business trucks operating flawlessly. It is not unusual for me to get over 200,000 miles per vehicle. This is a company, and dealerships, that truly understand the value of a “customer for life” and work very hard to get and keep their customers. Could I buy my cars cheaper someplace else? Sure I can, but I wouldn’t get the service and support provided by Colonial Chevrolet that provides me the value for the money I spend with them every year. Exceptional service and support and great professional relationships through almost twenty years, are only built when both the buyer and the seller feel good about the transaction and subsequent service “after the sale.” More
I have been a loyal Chevy driver since 1983, and with Colonial since about 2004. They have serviced my vehicle since then, so when it came time to buy new in 2009, it never entered my mind to choose ano Colonial since about 2004. Recently, when my 2009 vehicle was totaled in an accident, Colonial Chevrolet was notified immediately after my insurance company. Yes, I can do all the legwork (or web searching) and nickel-and-dime my way to the absolute lowest value I can. Or I can work with a dealer I trust, with a salesman who listens, respects my requirements, and enjoys his work. Joe will spend as much time with me as I need, drive along with me, talk through my options -- work with me in that way all sales reps say...but not all do. From the collision shop, to the front office team, to the service bay, to the sales floor, I have partners at Colonial. Give them a call. More

When I arrived at the dealership, I was concerned about being pounced on or having a pushy salesman encourage me to spend beyond my budget but that is the opposite of what happened. I have a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer which broke down while driving. They took me in without an appointment. They keep me informed with what was needed after the diagnostics were performed and I was back while driving. They took me in without an appointment. We have bought several trucks for our business over the years. Based on the level of personalized service and support we will never buy anywhere other than Colonial Chevrolet in Acton- This is a great fami years. Based on the level of personalized service and support we will never buy anywhere other than Colonial Chevrolet in Acton- This is a great family business that cares about the customer. When we visited the dealer they either had the vehicle we wanted or they would get it for us. The price was as good if not better than the mega dealers without the sales pressure on the floor. Because they sell so many trucks they always have the answers to our questions. I feel comfortable recommending these guys. They are not a big flashy dealership which may be why they can be so competitive. More
