The internet sales manager, Tania Audet kept in touch with me with any new updates, and was very honest about what would be my best option. Buying a car is a very nerve racking experience but they made me feel like I wasn't alone. After time, we found the perfect vehicle for me! Made the impossible,possible I went to several other deals in search for the right deal and right car. I had a very difficult situation with my trade beign upside down. brand new car lots of issues dealership overall is amazing Everything was great including the price and the payment but once I took delivery everything went down hill. The brakes barely work in the car and when you press the gas pedal the car won't go. Bottom line is I was sold a brand new car that is a lemon. I am very unhappy. I spent a lot of money on this car and I contacted the dealer and they immediately told me to go to service and it would be taken care of and if I was still unsatisfied with the vehicle they told me they would be more then willing to work with me on getting me another vehicle that I would be happy with. Michael Sparks the sales manager at the dealership has gone above and beyond any other car dealership sales person I have ever encountered. He stood by me and helped me with everything and never stopped trying to make me happy customer. He was aware of the problems I have been experiencing and how I don't feel safe with the vehicle and he told me that he would make sure that if after all was said and done he would continue to try and work with his boss to come up with a vehicle that was financially affordable for me that would meet the needs of my lifestyle. Long story short is when I say this sales person went above and beyond he went above and beyond. He never gave up and constantly checked in to make sure everything worked out correctly. As of right now things aren't perfect and I am not happy with the car I am in, but the dealership is doing everything they can to find something that will work for me. If I confused you I am will say it like this, I think this dealership is amazing and great to do business with. I think I possibly got a car that was the bad apple from the tree but I don't blame the dealership or its staff for that because it is not their fault. They know what I have been dealing with and they have gone out of their way to help me and assist me in any way they possibly can and I am very grateful for that. I would also like to thank John Woodland the general sales manager who I have spoken to and worked with a couple times for spending time with me and trying to find the best possible solution that will meet the needs of my lifestyle while staying within my budget. The final person that went out of their way to make sure I was happy and wanted to see if there was anything she could do to help make my situation better was Tanya Audet. Tanya is the business development manager at Colonial Chevy she called me and spoke with me a few times and tried to shed light on my unhappiness with the vehicle and situation I was dealing with and she did a really great job. She assured me that Mike and John would do their best to find a solution that would work for me and that they would find a car that I would be happy with. Tanya did an excellent job I am very happy to have worked with her as well. These people are great to work with and I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience buying a car as I have with Colonial Chevy. All and all I am very glad I went to colonial chevy and gave them my business despite the issues I have had with the vehicle. If you are wondering what issues I have had I will tell you. I bought a 2016 Spark which I have barely had for a couple of days and I have barely driven it at all. Already I am having issues with the brakes which don't work well unless you use both feet and push into the floor very hard in order to get the car to stop. I have also had problems with the onstar services not working correctly and my bluetooth connection doesn't seem to be working. Lastly, I am having issues with gas consumption. I filled up the gas tank and barely went 50 miles and the gas tank said it was already half empty. This car is a tiny 4 cylinder engine it should not be going through this much gas this quickly. In addition to this vehicle I also have a Honda CRV which is a bigger 4 cylinder and I get better gas mileage in that then I do in this small Spark. With that being said, I know there is definitely something wrong with this car. Due to the fact that I just bought this brand new car and I am experiencing all of this problems I am very unhappy with this vehicle. I have not brought the car into service yet but I am fully confident that the service department at Colonial Chevy will take care of the problems and fix the vehicle so it is operating and functioning correctly, as well as finding me a solution that I will be happy with in regards to finding a different vehicle for me. The only person I would not recommend and that I did not enjoy working with was the sales person I had. His name was Miguel. I did not like working with Miguel because he was very unprofessional and unknowledgeable about the car. Miguel did not explain anything or help me at all. He just basically stared at me and smiled the entire time. For example when I was in the office doing some paper work with Mike, Miguel was sitting in the office and he was on his phone and all of a sudden out of no where when Mike and I were in the middle of talking Miguel suddenly just burst out laughing and then Mike and I both looked at each other like what jut happened and Miguel says "oh sorry I just read or saw a picture on my phone that was really funny and inappropriate. This type of behavior is very concerning and unprofessional in the work place and I was very taken back to see someone at this maturity and immature level working in a place with lots of people who were very professional and business like material employees. Bottom line is I wasn't happy working with Miguel and I don't feel he is a good asset to the Colonial dealership because of his personality and his lack of maturity and professional acting personality. He acted very childish and lacked the grown up mentality of someone his age doing the job he was supposed to be doing. He did not appear to have the skills needed to perform the job he was supposed to be doing. Aside from that, I would recommend Colonial Chevy to all of my friends and family! Thank you for everything Mike, John, and Tanya you guys have been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to buying another vehicle from you guys in the near future! More
