My experiecnce with Olsen Cadillac began before I even entered the showroom. I was researching online for weeks before I decided that Olsen Cadillac was where I would be purchasing my new CTS4.I came in o entered the showroom. I was researching online for weeks before I decided that Olsen Cadillac was where I would be purchasing my new CTS4.I came in on a Monday with my friend to test drive some vehicles and I met Mike B. He was very informative and very helpful. He repeatedly told me about the warranties and showed me how all the buttons in the car worked. I was only there that day to test drive, so he gave me his card and some more information on the cars I was interested in. The next Monday I came in and met with Irwin. What a guy!!! So helpful and so darn funny!!! I wound up purchasing a silver CTS4 with allll the extras. Not only did I get what I wanted for my trade,but I got more off the price than I had anticipated. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and the showroom was incredible. I will definitly be taking my car there for service and to see Irwin again! Thank you so much RC Olsen Cadillac! At some point when the smoothest car deal I've ever experienced was coming to its conclusion (we traded a car in and leased 2012 SRX), I asked my husband to pinch me as I was in disbelief on how courteous, honest, straightforward the employees of the dealership were! In the past, we ended buying/ leasing Lexus specifically due to the unbearable behavior by its sales people and, particularly, the service stuff. Here, I want to come back again just to be able to experience a wonderful, caring attitude and pride for their product. More

As a Realtor who is not high pressure and doesn't resort to canned sales tactics in my own business, I wasn't looking forward to the prospect of going to a dealership and having to possibly match wits and n to canned sales tactics in my own business, I wasn't looking forward to the prospect of going to a dealership and having to possibly match wits and ninja mind tricks with another salesman. :-) Happily, my experience at Olsen Cadillac was nothing like that at all. I went there to check out a 2008 Cadillac STS AWD with VERY low miles that they had on their lot, and had the pleasure of chatting with David Robinson about it, and buying the car from him a few days later. David is very no-nonsense like myself and I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me. The negotiations were really straightforward and I feel like I paid a fair price for a VERY nice car. Also, I had a very minor issue the first week I had the car (broken driver's visor) and their service department took care of it immediately, and very professionally. I've had the car for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. Being a Realtor, I know well the value of referrals, and work hard to earn them. Having said that, I would wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend David Robinson and Olsen Cadillac to anybody looking for a new Cadillac. More

I was searching for a 2012 SRX at dealers in NH but found the service to be terrible. I then searched newenglandcadillacdealers.com on the web on my own and found a vehicle that met my requirements at Olsen the service to be terrible. I clicked for more info and within 5 minutes I had a no-nonsense email from Bruce Collias, the Sales Manager. After a couple of quick back and forth emails, we zeroed right in on our mututal objectives. Bruce seamlessly passed the ball to Mike Bordonaro who picked it up and ran with it from there and he did not drop it. The entire process was worked by email in between meetings during my busy day at the office. I then went in to close the deal on the next morning. Even though it was Saturday and Mike was scheduled to be off that day, he met me at the dealership and we finished things up efficiently. This is not the first new car I have bought and while the entire process can generally be "painful" to go through, these guys listened and worked it perfectly. I highly recommend anyone buing their Cadillac from Olsen Cadillac. The short drive from Southern NH to Woburn is not an issue. They even delivered the car to me at my home so that the MA Sales tax could be averted for me as a NH resident. If you live in NH (or anywhere else), don't waste your time anywhere else. Just go to Olsen Cadillac's web page or make a visit to their showroom. As a seasoned and professional sales executive, it is very easy for me to rate my experience with the sales process at Olsen as nothing short of superlative. They are at the opposite end of the spectrum from dealers in NH marketing the same vehicles. And if you want a recommendation of a particular salesperson, just ask for Mike Bordonaro. He will take good care of your needs. More
Just about a week ago, I bought a 2012 Cadillac SRX from R C Olsen Cadillac...and I couldn't be happier. This is the 6th new vehicle I've purchased, so I'm no "newbie" at this. A few days before I went to O R C Olsen Cadillac...and I couldn't be happier. This is the 6th new vehicle I've purchased, so I'm no "newbie" at this. A few days before I went to Olsen, I came close to making a huge mistake. I almost bought a car (a competing make/model) from a dealer that was by far the worst I've ever attempted to work with. When it came time to finalize everything, the deal fell apart over something trivial and I walked out. I'm so glad I did, because I went from the worst experience to the best. Fortunately for me, I was interested in an SRX Olsen had in their inventory. The reviews I read for Olsen were good, and a few people I spoke with recommended them. So, I called to schedule a test drive. I bought the car that day. I feel I got a fair deal, and more important, I felt I was treated with respect. They even offered me an option regarding my trade-in that I've never been offered by anyone in the past. It wouldn't be fair to single out any one person for this great experience. This is a first class Team. When the opportunity arose for me to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car sooner than I expected, my salesperson was called away on an emergency. Everyone stepped up. Several people assisted in getting the car prepped, documents finalized, trained and helped me set up the tech devices, retrieved items I had left behind in my old vehicle...the entire staff is wonderful. I was on the road before I knew it. Somehow, one of my key fobs was overlooked, that day. My salesperson contacted me and delivered it himself. Kudos to everyone at R C Olsen! More
This is my first cadillac..a 2012 SRX. It is a wonderful car and the sales experience with Irwin Segal and Bruce was fabulous. I don't like to give an e mail address to a salesman, but I didn't have to worr car and the sales experience with Irwin Segal and Bruce was fabulous. I don't like to give an e mail address to a salesman, but I didn't have to worry with Irwin. He was very patient and when I said I wanted to do a test drive, he was right there. Yes, I changed my mind a few times on exterior/interior colors,but after the test drive, I wanted that car. Don't hestitate to stop into Olsen Cadillac to look around. Ask for Irwin and you will be glad you did! More

I could not be more pleased with my entire experience. First of all, the website is great. VERY easy to use and it has all the information IN GREAT deatail that you might need. And the the moment I walked in door, I could tell it was a class A operation!!!!! Mike Bordonaro was our saleman and he was so polite. I had only sent emails before entering the showroom. In my last email I asked if he minded having the car ready and waiting for us as we had a dinner party to attend. Without ever even speaking to him on the phone, he had it ready to roll!! He took us for a long test drive, as needed and each question we asked he answered. He was spot on when answering our questions. I bought an brand new 2011 SRX, at the advertised price, which made my entire experience that much easier. The car is amazing. And their price was too! Mr. Taliento in the finance department made me feel as if I mattered. He never pressured me into any after market extras as other dealers sometimes try to do. He got me a great financing rate. Bruce the sales manager, went out of his way to accomodate our needs. I even got a voucher for a free cruise. I am definitely loving Olsen Cadillac!! As a kid, I would drive by the dealership on my way to and from school...well it is still there and I am 42!! They have been in business a long time and now I understand why. These guys are professionals and really take their time with their customers. I never felt rushed. Mike even made sure we activated our OnStar before we left the parking lot. Mike is a great man and he knows his stuff. I would reccomend asking for him. More
