Used car- no pressure! I found a specific vehicle I was looking for at this dealership. After spending 3 hours at a Lexus dealership being held captive and pressured to by just about anything I have Colonial a call. They said they would have the car ready for me when I got there. The salesman Donnie was very relaxed and kind, with no pressure to sell me the car. After the test drive the sales manager Alex helped explain the process and of buying the car out of state (I’m in NH). They helped me get the best rates for financing. There was a small tear in the leather in the backseat of the car that they repaired, and they did a great job. They delivered the car to me, and helped me in the town hall. I would definitely shop here again- a breathe of fresh air! More

After all these years I have the privilege of knowing most of the other salespeople, as well as John, and they are all friendly and helpful. I know they care about me. By the way, I have sent a few friends and family members there and they all told me they were happy with the way they were treated. Every one of them have gone back to Colonial time and time again. What more can one ask for! More

AWESOME I leased three new Cadillac's and bought my CTS V from Olsen. Never was really happy with them. A new leased 2012, 2013, 2015 and my 2011 v in 2015 I I leased three new Cadillac's and bought my CTS V from Olsen. Never was really happy with them. A new leased 2012, 2013, 2015 and my 2011 v in 2015 I bought. But since Colonial took over a complete turnaround has transpired. The service manager will not let you leave , until he makes sure you are 100% happy with your vehicle. His name is Gary Carman Right now Colonial Cadillac is (SECOND TO NONE) as far as service goes. Next all the service writers are very knowledgeable They get you in and done with no problems. .Now at Colonial Cadillac at the top of my list is a guy I met once his name is Brett, I believe he is the General Manager he will make sure you are happy when you leave. You won't get a chance to meet him because he has turned that dealership around, and any problems are taken care of before they reach him. Hats off to Colonial Cadillac, your people are outstanding, and my entire family are returning to Colonial Cadillac and we are telling everyone . Thanks Barbara & Vinny Bozzi P.S. On a very busy Friday after work I was pleasantly greated by the service writer and professionally asked what I needed. The car was quickly inspected, the remote was re-programmed and the car returned to me. I was treated like a valued customer even though my used car purchase was not a cadillac. I will return for service as I feel the service department has concern and care for their customers. Thank you Colonial Cadillac Service Department. More
USed Car Purchase I found this 2013 Chevrolet Volt (Base) online at Colonial Cadlilac. I was contacted via e-mail by Randy Kink very quickly and responsively and the a I found this 2013 Chevrolet Volt (Base) online at Colonial Cadlilac. I was contacted via e-mail by Randy Kink very quickly and responsively and the appointment to see the car was done very nicely. This is where disconnects started. I was sent to a new salesperson when I got to dealer to test drive vehicle. The car was not ready when I arrived but soon after it arrived and we went for a test drive. The car was clean and I was presented a copy of the car fax report upon request. I was not sure about the car and was presented the opportunity to take the car for the day for evatuation. I came back the next afternoon to take the car for a longer test drive. Upon inspectionI noticed that the car had mis-matched tires a missing cargo net, oil that had only 15% life, missing owners manuals and a missing antenna. I made an offer and asked for oil chage, cargo net and owner manuals. My salesperson was in the dealership for help to another customer but had to leave before my offer was accepted or rejected and I was passed off to another sales person. The offer was accepted, so I handed over my license plates and I was promised an owners manual and cargo net The best experience at the dealership was with the finance person, he was great, very professional and detailed, all the paperwork was ready, and the prosess took just 20 minutes. . I was to pickup the car two days later. and I was asked to contact my insurance company as it was a vehicle transfer of registration. I contacted my insurancecompany the next day and told them Coloniail Cadillac would be contacting them. I arrive to pick up the car, with no reqistration or paperwork, my salesperson was not available and anothe sales person was there to hand me the keys. There was no questions asked about the car and how it worked . I was just told I was all set and that when the registration arrived I could come in and pick it up. I did not get owners manuals, cargo net, antenna is missing, and one of the key remotes does not work. I was contacted two days after the sale not to be asked how I like the car but was chastized that the insurance company had not contacted the dealership and was told it was my job to contact them. I had already receive a e-mail from my insurance company with my new policy. I will update this review if the dealership gets better, however right how I feel as if as a used car buyer I was just a profit on their books. Also the salesperson experience is very poor at Colonial Cadillac. The sales manager "Alex" was very personable and friendly, however his staff members dropped the ball. More
