My car quit running near the dealer. I called Steve and he told me what he thought it was. He helped me to the dealer, through service and out in an hour. I wasn't even late for work ! Nice people, know he told me what he thought it was. He helped me to the dealer, through service and out in an hour. I wasn't even late for work ! Nice people, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have bought two cars from them and will continue to use their service department. More
I've been here several time as I have a Pontiac and no one else will work on it. After that car was bought, it had a short in the passenger speaker. If you stomped in the floorboard when it went out, it w one else will work on it. After that car was bought, it had a short in the passenger speaker. If you stomped in the floorboard when it went out, it would come back on. They claimed they didn't notice anything 3 times then they "noticed" it and their only solution was to replace the speaker. The speaker wasn't the problem, it was the cord going to it. A couple more visits finally had it fixed. Thankfully the car was still under warranty at the time. Then the blinker quit working. Now I've never seen a blinker just not work. It was the flasher switch that actually made it blink. Took it back and had it "fixed" several times only to have it cut out again in a week at most. One occasion it cut back out as I was coming out of the dealership. That was finally fixed. Last year my fuel pump went out an stranded me on the side of the road on a Saturday at 12pm. I called this dealership while trying to find a place to have it towed to. I asked if their garage was still open to find out what was wrong with it as I wanted it fixed soon. They said yes, bring it in before 2pm, so I had it towed there. I got there and talked to someone who said that the garage closed at 12. I had to wait until monday to find out how much a fuel pump would cost. $1200! The local mechanic quoted me $900 but after totalling the cost of the diagnostic I would have to pay them and the cost to tow it to the local mechanic, it was nearly the same price. I have yet to make the mistake of taking my car back here. I called about an o2 censor once, they quoted me $400, I got someone else to do it for $150. Dont go here unless you want your car rigged to work for an outrageous price. More
