Confusing service experience Recall service on 11/9/2016. Upon leaving I immediately noticed my rear view mirror was different...it now had lights and would not dim. I called an Recall service on 11/9/2016. Upon leaving I immediately noticed my rear view mirror was different...it now had lights and would not dim. I called and was told "no, nothing was done with the mirror, that it was always that way,". I had been driving the car over 2 years and knew it wasn't the mirror that was on the car. (I had the window sticker in the glove compartment). It became dangerous at night when I could not dim headlights from my view and ended up turning the mirror completely away so as not to be blinded by high-beams. I called the service department again around the first part of December and this time the repair ticket was pulled and read to me. Wouldn't you know it, the mirror had been replaced as a result of the recall but was not compatible with my car so the electronic module didn't recognize it...it would not dim). (Glad to know I wasn't losing my mind or had an accident dealing with this problem). Went in again per appointment but was sent away as there was no record of it and the person who could fix it didn't come to work. Left very upset. When I got home, service had called for me to come back as the technician had arrived. Got back at 10AM,, cold all day, didn't get it fixed until around 4PM. To Chad's credit, he did buy me lunch. Quite an experience! More

Poor service! I purchase a new jeep with 35" tires and wheel spacers installed by Collierville Jeep. One month later my 16 year old was diving home at 10:30 at nigh I purchase a new jeep with 35" tires and wheel spacers installed by Collierville Jeep. One month later my 16 year old was diving home at 10:30 at night and one of the wheel spacers came off due to poor installation. We had it towed to Collierville Jeep and pointed out that lock tight was not installed on the spacer. I requested that they replace these spacers with offset wheels. They said no that I wouldn't be getting anything free. They finally agreed that if I purchased offset wheels they would give me $500 for the stock wheels. I purchased a set of offset wheels and when they went to install them they damaged a new wheel. So we had to wait a week. When the work was complete we were given the keys and they didn't remember a deal for the stock wheels. So they did not make me happy, they got more money out of me, and I have 5 stock rubicon wheels in my garage. Avoid this dealer and service department! More
