I will never go back. They held my car almost 2 weeks even though I had an appointment. After 4 days they still had not even looked at my car. When I complained to the manager he did give me a loaner. even though I had an appointment. After 4 days they still had not even looked at my car. They did get the corrosion of my hood done by body shop. But they fixed none of my other concerns. And they reset my oil change indicator without changing the oil. Every time I tried to call during and after my service experience I received very slow or no response. More

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 new body style and took it in for service to fix a water leak coming from the roof area. Chad Johnson is my service writer and determined that the shark fin antenna was loose and caus service to fix a water leak coming from the roof area.
