There were 2 recalls on my 2014 Jeep Compass. It took entirely too long for servicing to fix this problem. I arrived about 8:30 didn’t leave til 3:00. My contact service person was Johnny Phelps he went above and beyond to let me know the progress. His courtesy was very much appreciated. I commend him on a well done job. I appreciated Johnny but did not like the way the mechanics handled my situation just because another customer and I had a recall. I should not have to spend my entire day there. More

I went in for an estimate only.. They charged me $160...never ever have I been charged for an estimate anywhere else. Disputing charges and they were trying to tell me I needed things replaced that $160...never ever have I been charged for an estimate anywhere else.
