WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COLLEGE STATION NISSAN. During the test drive, before I purchased a used vehicle here, I noticed a “rubbing” or “clicking” sound when doing slow sharp turns. The salesman During the test drive, before I purchased a used vehicle here, I noticed a “rubbing” or “clicking” sound when doing slow sharp turns. The salesman assured me that this was due to the oversized aftermarket tires that were on the vehicle, and that I could change them out at a tire shop and the issue would be resolved. After purchasing the vehicle, I brought it to a wheel shop and they told me that the tires are not rubbing and that the issue is mechanical. I then took it to a mechanic and they did an investigation showing that the issue is with the rear differential of the vehicle and said it'd need to be replaced entirely (thousands of dollars). I called College Station Nissan (5 days after purchase) and spoke to the sales team who forwarded me to their service manager. The service manager told me that they actually had a note in their system mentioning the noise and said that “they were supposed to take it to the ford dealership to get it addressed before selling it.” He then told me that he spoke to the sales team and they’d like me to use a warranty that I purchased (which they were very suspiciously insistent on getting) to take care of the damages and that they wouldn’t take care of the damages themselves. They said the warranty may not be active for a month and (x) amount of miles driven, which means I’m stuck with a non-functional vehicle in the meantime (I’m also not sure the warranty would cover it in the first place). Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a dealer. More

My overall experience was pretty good, but I would ask that you add a few personal touches since as a customer we know when you come to the dealership, you already know that you're gonna be paying a lot f that you add a few personal touches since as a customer we know when you come to the dealership, you already know that you're gonna be paying a lot for what you're already buying and reading. It will be great if you guys Vacuum the car out maybe maybe even a small car wash would've been nice. It's very hot in Houston so maybe topping off water or fluid or something in the car that would help feel like you care because that's one thing you can't teach is you do or you don't. More
