My experience with Nissan thus far has been great. The service tech Fabien communicated to me quite a bit for several days to include calling to my warranty to see if parts were covered. He assisted me with my insurance claim photo submisdion which I appreciated as this was my first experience with that. I cannot thank him or Josh who also has assisted me before. They care for their customers. Oh yea, loved the video that showed the mechanics assessing the vehicle.
