When I asked them about it they were rude and condescending, I'm not sure if that's because I'm female, or if they are that way with everyone. They told me it would take 2 days for them to look under my car and see if I even needed the repair (hello, it's a FORD RECALL), then I would have to schedule an additional 2 days for the repair. And no, they do not offer a loaner. The whole time the service rep (Tim?) spoke with such disdain, and seemed irritated that I wasn't buying that it would take so long. So I called around and Henson in Madisonville said they would be happy to fix it. The service manager even gave me his personal cell number so we could stay in touch. When we got there he just slid under the car on his back to make sure we needed the repair. It took him 20 seconds, not 2 days. Our buying experience was not horrible, although they would give no discount or price cut whatsoever. However, the Service Dept is a real deal breaker. They are awful. I won't buy another car in this town, because the same man owns almost all the local car dealerships. If he lets CS Ford be run this way, I'm sure his other ones are too. And they don't even give you a complimentary car wash! I wish there was an option for negative stars. More
I already had financing and had chosen a F150 at their advertised price, but when I got there they raised the price $10,000 over what it should have been with TTL already figured in saying it was because advertised price, but when I got there they raised the price $10,000 over what it should have been with TTL already figured in saying it was because I wouldn't let them finance. Offered $100 trade in for my old truck. They aren't to be trusted. They will rob you. More
I tried to deal here on a new F150 . I am an experienced buyer and was once a sales person. The salesman did not listen to one word I said. I said " I want to buy a truck this winter I am an experienced buyer and was once a sales person. The salesman did not listen to one word I said. I said " I want to buy a truck this winter and he said "I'm gonna sell you a truck today" He then proceeded to stalk me by finding phone numbers I didn't give him. Excellent way to not sell cars. I am going elsewhere. More

I ordered the car online in April and throughout the past 6 months Robert Renfro was great and promptly answered my questions throughout the process. When my car arrived this week, the whole process was smooth and quick. I got the trade in value I wanted on my BMW and I was in and out of the dealership in one hour. Most of the time was my wife and the salesman, James Souter going over the car. James was fantastic!! I cannot be more pleased with my experience. I have bought and sold cars for over 40 years and these guys were the best. Thanks More
I attempted to purchase a Ranger at this dealership on 4/18/21. T.J. Seneff, the online salesperson, was my first point of contact. I got pre-approved online and submitted all of my information through their website. I wanted to complete as much of the process online as I could. TJ referred me to another salesman who was difficult to get in touch with on the phone. I uploaded my documents (ID and Insurance card), but I was told these documents did not upload and I needed to come in to the dealership. Once there, I was passed on to yet another salesman. He informed me that the price of the truck I was interested in would be completely different because I didn't account for tax title and license. This was a flat out lie as I had the price quote from their website that included TT&L. I was then told there was a $699 document fee and I would have to pay for an "Apex GPS Tracking System" they added to the truck. I told them I did not want that feature. They were obstinate about the GPS tracker and told me it could not be removed from the truck or the price. This place completely wasted my time and they added hidden fees they didn't advertise on their site. I went to Appel Ford in Brenham and bought a truck with more features for less money and without the hassle. I will not return to College Station Ford or recommend them to anyone. More
Bought new 2020 f150 from Robert Rentfro and his coworker. On the way home to SA the glove box fell out on the floor. That part took over 3 months to come in. While getting the glove box replaced they checked out an engine knocking sound. Long story short, issue was escalated by another dealer to Ford, and the solution was an engine replacement at 4500 miles. After being told to contact College Station Ford to see if they would help me with a vehicle swap, since my brand new truck was so problematic, I spoke with Robert’s colleague who assured me Robert would get back to me ASAP. He never called me back, never replied to an email. Not even a courtesy call to say sorry, but we can’t help you. Lost any possibility of my future business. Even corporate Ford was disgusted by their lack of follow up. More

Horrible Experience If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I inquired about a 2019 Lincoln MKC they had advertised. The price was, from my internet research, the lowest I could find. I am from Illinois and they are in Texas. I was willing to make arrangements to go to Texas to buy this vehicle. I asked the salesperson Jacob to send me a purchase contract with the breakdown of all the taxes, fees, & rebates. I was sent a screen shot from an old looking DOS computer program with the price of the car as listed on the internet and a lump sum of fees. I emailed my salesman Jacob back and asked him to send me a purchase contract with everything broken down. I received no response. I called him a couple of hours later and asked him for the same thing. Here is where things got slimy. He said "Well my manager wants to make sure you are ok with the numbers" I said "I want to see how they got to the bottom line figure so could you please send me over a purchase contract breaking down the numbers." His response was "He said if you are ready to proceed to the next step, then we can get you all of that information" I asked him "What would that next step be?" His response "You need to talk to the finance manager first before we can send you the break down" I explained that I am paying cash for the vehicle and won't need to speak with him/her until the transaction is almost complete. I asked again "So you won't send me a purchase contract with the breakdown until I commit to the bottom line you sent me with no explanation on how you arrived at that number?" He stammered a little and I finally said "Nevermind, this isn't worth it and I will continue with another dealer." Shockingly he said "Well ok then, have a good night." I have dealt with some very reputable dealers in my life but I now know why the auto industry has such a bad name. This dealership is the perfect example of shady business practices. I hope everyone who reads this, keeps this story in the back of their heads if they choose to do business with this dealer. More
