looks like 10000 off 1 trade inn of 1 vehicle is a little more than making a living in my opinion but thats just my opinion i dfove 8 hours to make a deal but i wont be back thanks

Thank you for your response, I am sure I will continue to use Ford for it's quicklane service. I would add the employees are respectful and kind, especially Lucas and Bobby who I talked with, I would guess there's just some miscommunication between the reps and the mechanics.

I scheduled online for recall service and oil change and the recall was NOT completed. The car is also now louder after the oil change which makes me think something isn’t right. I do like that they picked More
