looks like 10000 off 1 trade inn of 1 vehicle is a little more than making a living in my opinion but thats just my opinion i dfove 8 hours to make a deal but i wont be back thanks

Thank you for your response, I am sure I will continue to use Ford for it's quicklane service. I would add the employees are respectful and kind, especially Lucas and Bobby who I talked with, I would guess there's just some miscommunication between the reps and the mechanics.
