I was looking for a vehicle for a specific vehicle that was in limited supply in the Middle Atlantic (about 7 units). Aileen offered to help in getting one for me. Finally, a manager a one of the dealers recognized her name, returned her call and asked if she was working this deal, and when she said yes, he said "for you Aileen, you can have anything!" The rest is history, Aileen went herself with the salesperson to pick up the vehicle for me the next morning (Saturday), knowing that I had an extremely busy week coming up and would not be able to get in the following week. I appreciate that Aileen's professional reputation was held in such high regard that based on that alone, a dealer was willing to release a limited available vehicle. James was very helpful in showing me several "alternate" choices that I said I would like to look at, though none held up to the vehicle i finally was able to get. He was very friendly and explained all small details about car and benefits..The financing was explained in detail. The 100,000 bumper to bumper warranty was honored without hesitation. Rick - manager , initially looks very tough guy as I bought car after his business hour i.e means 10 PM... but he was also extremely friendly and answered most my questions and made process so easy for me by throwing the best OTD offer. Thanks a lot RIC. Even though , i was late in evening , the staff stayed a few hours late and I was able to make the deal that night. Financing was really detailed and easy ...
