If you care about quality service, courtesy or professionalism, this is not the place for you. The GMC service manager, Jonathan is the worst. This guy will over quote work to be performed, doesn’ professionalism, this is not the place for you. The GMC service manager, Jonathan is the worst. This guy will over quote work to be performed, doesn’t return phone calls and refuses to accept responsibility for his department losing the key to my vehicle. What’s more, this guy is disgustingly arrogant and doesn’t give a xxxx about customer relationships or customer loyalty. Jonathan is the antithesis of professionalism displayed by every other staff member I’ve encountered from Claudia in sales to Danielle in service. After being a loyal customer for years, I will no longer patronize Coleman Cadillac, GMC dealership and will encourage everyone to take your business elsewhere. I’ve left several messages for the owner, Drew Coleman, I’m still waiting for the courtesy of a return call. If any of you remember Mr. Coleman from the dealership in Ewing, this Coleman dealership (I believe Mr. Coleman’s nephew) pales in comparison. More

Services provided are always well done! I am always very pleased with the service the mechanics provide at Coleman especially 10/15/2019 and 1/15/2020. No one wants to spend the dollars, I I am always very pleased with the service the mechanics provide at Coleman especially 10/15/2019 and 1/15/2020. No one wants to spend the dollars, I get it. However when the mechanics advise a service is needed, I get it done and the car continues to ride like new. Thanks to all who have a hand in this process. Very much appreciated! More

But it seems they are trying sell products and services and not really interested in the requested services. My car need new tires and wheel alignment, I spoke with Dave Smithers who recommended certain tires, I chose those tires because he said I would get a rebate. Upon retrieving my car I had no information on the rebate and had to return the next day for minor repair. This is one of the main reasons I did not purchase my car from this dealership... they seem money hungry. More

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE!! I had a horrible experience with them. My car needed certain repairs. Coleman tried to quote me a $2000 estimate - on a older vehicle not worth more than two or three experience with them. My car needed certain repairs. Coleman tried to quote me a $2000 estimate - on a older vehicle not worth more than two or three thousand dollars at the time. I wound up getting the work done at another dealer for $400 - one-fifth the price. When I told Coleman this, they did not even apologize but instead tried to reduce their original estimate. I will NEVER return here for service! More
