Dear Dissatisfied, I would like the opportunity to review your last service visit. As I understand, you were told that your brakes had more than 50% wear left on them, and we told you that the readings were 2 + 3mm. Clearly there is a difference and I would like the opportunity to clear this up. Our technicians are factory trained and very familiar with the product. Many times outside facilities make mistakes due to lack of familiarity of the product. Please allow me to inspect the vehicle, along with you and my technical supervisor. This way we can explain why we recommended replacement of the brakes. If, by any chance we made a mistake, then I would like the opportunity to correct it. Dear Dissatisfied, As previously requested by our Service Manager, I am asking that you please bring your vehicle back in to our Service Department for re-inspection. If we made a mistake, we want to do whatever we can to correct it, but we need to have your vehicle here in order to begin. It is very difficult to move forward with the amount of information you have provided, as we have no way to identify who you are, when you were here, what vehicle you are speaking of, or who could have been involved with the inspection of your vehicle. We are a reputable company and want to do the right thing by our customers. We take any customer complaint very seriously and want you to be confident that we are sincere in our intentions.
