Oil Change Visit The service staff could use a little more training on "customer service" (how to greet customers, smile, use please and thank yous). Just overall basic pleasantries that go hand and hand with great customer service. There's a coldness when you walk in. But my experience has been by the time you leave the staff is falling over themeselves trying to be nice. It's weird. Also, I was promised a complimentary car wash. At first glance the car "looked" like it had been washed. But upon closer inspection, I think someone only wiped it down with a dry cloth. It was clear they hadn't touched it with a spray bottle let alone a hose and soap. Very disappointing. More

Repair not covered by GMPP I am really hot!!!!!~ I own a 2012 Terrain SLT-1 with only 28k on it. I was just informed that some kind of drain tube in the sun roof is cracked caus I am really hot!!!!!~ I own a 2012 Terrain SLT-1 with only 28k on it. I was just informed that some kind of drain tube in the sun roof is cracked causing water damage inside the vehicle. My vehicle is covered with a GMPP. This is not a part I could have damaged as it is inside the vehicle structure somewhere. I expect the repair to be covered under my GMPP. At this time the water damage has caused mold to grow in the carpet. As a severe asthmatic mold is deadly to me. This means I can no longer drive this vehicle. I have been a customer of Coleman Buick, GMC, Cadillac since 1999. I purchased 4 new vehicles from them and have had the vehicles 100% serviced there. I drive 50 miles passing another GMC dealer (within walking distance from my home) to got here. Right now I have no beef with Coleman, but I expect GMC to do the right thing. More

Service fraud I went into dealer for routine oil change. They came and told me that I need new brake pads they were down to 2 mm and 3mm at a cost of 239 a piece f I went into dealer for routine oil change. They came and told me that I need new brake pads they were down to 2 mm and 3mm at a cost of 239 a piece for front and back just for the pads. I did not let them do the work. I immediatley went to a difderent tire place and they told me my brakes were fine, still at 50%.. Never trust a dealer when it comes to service.Always get a second quote. More

The above review about the "express" oil change is so phony and obviously written by someone that works at the dealership. I took my car in for an "express oil change" and was there for 2 hours! I is so phony and obviously written by someone that works at the dealership. I took my car in for an "express oil change" and was there for 2 hours! I promptly showed up at the appointed time and was greeted quickly, took about 10 minutes just to sign in while they ask a ton of questions and check over your car for balding tires etc. Once we're done with that, I'm told it will take about 45 minutes for the oil change. I finally got my car back and was on the road within 2 hours and 5 minutes! Not exactly an "express" oil change. I don't have that kind of time to waste. I won't be back for routine maintenance again. More
I visted the dealer for there Express lube. I was in and out and was able to get a free carwash (GREAT!). They also signed me up for there VIP rewards program.I would recommend this service department very out and was able to get a free carwash (GREAT!).
