Bruce G the sales rep and the used car manager Ed, as well as the sales mgr all were helpful and patient with my needs and concerns. They worked with me diligently on my trade as well as my multiple visits to the dealership. I had shopped all the major pickup truck competition, and felt that the GMC Sierra had the most to offer for my needs. Bruce was attentive to detail and helped me make my decision without anyone in the dealership trying to twist my arm. Overall a 5 Star experience, I recommend this team to anyone considering a GMC!! Jeannette showed me several vehicles, presented me with different financial options, and was tremendously professional in her sales approach. I think what sold me, aside from the vehicle itself (a new Sierra), was Jeannette was willing to adapt to my style as a buyer. For example, I wanted to move to email correspondence as it was easier with my crazy work schedule. She was also prompt and thorough in her emails and it really made for a simple buying experience that matched my needs. More

Salesman Pete Ratzlaff I came into Coleman's because I got a letter offering me a chance to get a 2019 car by trading in my 2017 Buick Encore. Did not know who would be the I came into Coleman's because I got a letter offering me a chance to get a 2019 car by trading in my 2017 Buick Encore. Did not know who would be the salesman to see me. They called up Pete Ratzlaff to greet me and that is when we first met. I have to say that Pete was great to me. Not a pushy car salesman which would have turned me off and I would not have bought a car from. He explained all my options about the deal Coleman was offering . Have to say that is the reason I bough the Buick Regal. He then set up my phone to the new car, explained how to set the garage door opener, and other features this car had. Also told me to write down any question I might have about the car when I come in to pick up y new plates.. I was very impressed with Pete and was glad he was my salesman.
