I purchased my vehicle from Cole Valley only about a year and a half ago. The car recently stopped running and I had it towed back there. They called me after looking at it and said that the engine was bad and a half ago. The car recently stopped running and I had it towed back there. Cole Valley advertises their "warranty for life" program and failed to mention when we bought the car that in order to honor this we had to either maintain it at their location or call in to notify the warranty company each time we had maintenance done somewhere else. Long story short, the warranty will not cover replacing the engine now. I asked the service advisor if there was anything they could do to help me. He in turn asked the used car manager who just basically told him to have me refer back to my warranty contract. I then asked to speak to the service manager to see if he could do anything to help me. He ended up telling me just about the same thing concerning the warranty contract and proceeded to tell me that they did not "owe" me anything to help me. Frustrated with the results, I asked to speak to the owner. For a third time, I was told that I did not follow the rules of the warranty contract and that they would do nothing to help me. Not a one of them showed any caring or compassion for my situation nor offer any sort of help whatsoever. Now after owning vehicle for only a year and a half I am stuck with the full bill of putting a new engine in it. What a terrible way to treat a customer and make them feel not appreciated at all. My wife and I both love driving our Cadillacs but I can guarantee we will NEVER go back to Cole Valley to purchase a vehicle or get them serviced. More

I have never been so disappointed! I bought my car from here, and just recently had a issue with my car shifting to next gear. They looked at it said it was my battery and the cable because they were corro here, and just recently had a issue with my car shifting to next gear. After leaving and making it five minutes down the road my check engine light is back on so I took it over to Cole Valley Chevrolet in Newton Falls and they said that there was no way that they actually looked at it because they found the issue within two hours and I didn’t even have an appointment there they just said they would look at it and it cost 27 bucks to replace a lever that had to deal with the turbo! I called my advisor Tom today all he told me is that he’s sorry and that he’ll have to talk to his guys. They also had my car for four days and couldn’t see that issue but the other dealership found it right away! Not happy with my experience at all and this isn’t the first time that I wasn’t happy leaving this dealership... More

I was to various GM service facilities and was never, NEVER treated with the respect that I received at Cole Valley. All work performed on my car has been top quality. It almost seemed I went in for one problem (which was corrected accurately) and mysteriously other problems that I noticed all of a sudden weren't there anymore. Now I would recommend service here not because of a break on pricing (all service is expensive) but because of the quality and treatment received at Cole. More
