I am a very hard person to please. When I went to Cole Ford I found two Gentlemen that absolutely have performed a task that was set upon them and made it a truly enjoyable experience. Steve walked me through the whole process and put all the options in front of me, answered all my questions and together we came up with the perfect fit. I am now in a vehicle that I absolutely love. It drives great, handles wonderfully and when and if I trade in the vehicle I will be heading to see Steve and Erwin. This is my first great experience in buying a vechile that I have enjoyed. We were very pleased with our experience with Cole Story Ford in Coldwater and John Olson their internet salesperson. However, John found another car that matched our needs (used low mileage manual transmission Focus's are few and far between) at an auction and contacted us to make the sale. More
