I was charged $200, $100 to run a diagnostic on my front and another $100 to balance the tires and that wasn’t even the rattle I was talking about. The guy who called me didn’t actually bother to listen to and another $100 to balance the tires and that wasn’t even the rattle I was talking about. The guy who called me didn’t actually bother to listen to my concern, just told me that it would cost money to fix. When I picked it up, as soon as I drove it I could still hear the clunk, so now I am out $200 and still still an issue with it. The lady at the window didn’t understand why he charged me what he did either. Sounds like he just wanted my money and not actually care about the customer or the real issues. Not pleased at all.
