We were traveling through the area on vacation from Canada, pulling a trailer, when our truck's transmission stopped shifting properly. Being a Sunday, no shops were open, so we looked for an RV park in a nearby city and found the KOA on Pocatello. We picked Cole Chevrolet out of the phone book and were at their door when they opened on Monday, praying that they could fit us in sometime. To our surprise, they took the truck straight into the shop and gave us a lift back to the campground. They phoned a couple of hours later with the bad new that the transmission was shot, and gave us a few options for repair, with varying costs. We chose a rebuilt unit, which had to be ordered in. While waiting for the repair we were given a brand new pickup to use, and were able to do some shopping and visit some of the interesting museums in the area. We never would have found out what a nice city Pocatello was. The truck was fixed the next day and we were soon on our way to Yellowstone. We couldn't ask for better service. Unfortunately it was a very expensive repair, especially when converting to Canadian dollars. More

I bought a 06 Chevy cobalt from Cole Chevrolet in 2010. The car and the salesman were both great. Thought I'd try there for a second car. We told him what we were looking for and our payment range and he found us what we were looking for. He never tried to get us into something new or something we did not want. Being late Saturday evening they couldn't do the financing until Monday but Jason called me when they got it done and held the car for me for a few days until I could get there to sign the papers.
