We went to Cole Century because my mother had excellent service on her recent Buick purchase and the sales man who helped her made a wonderful impression on us all. My husband antd I walked in out of the blue just interested in "looking" at a GMC Acadia. We ended up purchasing our wonderful new Acadia that same day mainly due to the excellent customer service that John May and the rest of the Cole-Century staff provided us. They located a vehicle that met our specifications promptly. John even went out of his way and come to pick me up at my home the next day to take me to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle. We will certainly seek out Cole-Century and John May on our next vehicle purchase! More
My wife and I were in the market for a new 2011 Terrain. Lee Guilford took us for an excellent test drive. Even though we live in Grand Rapids, I would have easily traveled the extra few miles to buy a vehicle from him. However, since the rebate period was ending in only two (2) days, and the only vehicle that met our requirements was in Madison, WI, we had to buy the vehicle from a Madison dealer. (The Madison dealer refused to swap cars with a dealer in Michigan - said it was too far.) To Lee's credit he was truly the one who sold us on the car, the Madison salesman simply fell into it. When I am in the market for another vehicle I will surely go back to Lee. More

Probably the best dealership I have ever been to. Bruce is a great sales person. We ended up purchasing a brand new GMC Terrain. My experience with this dealer in purchasing a CTS about a month ago was so good that when it came time to lease a car for my wife I returned to get a price on the 39 month promo that Buick was running on t a month ago was so good that when it came time to lease a car for my wife I returned to get a price on the 39 month promo that Buick was running on the Regal. I found that they did not have any Regals in inventory at the time but I was able to find a few others that met our needs in stock at other dealerships in the area so I asked that they do a search to see what they could find as I wanted to obtain this car from Cole Century and John May in order to receive the same service level that I had experienced previously. They found the right car within a few days and we were able to tkae delivery within the week. More

I went to this dealership because I was dissapointed with another dealership I had previously visited feeeling like they did not care whether or not I purchased a car form them. John May approached me within minutes as I was brousing the new car selection on their lot and I was pleasently surprized with his attitude and interest in answer all of my quesitons in detail while offering advice on the selection of a new car. I decided on the exact car I wanted to purchase but it was not in stock. John located three options at nearby dealerships and offered to bring one of them in within three days. Overall I felt this was a hassle free experience as I wound up buying the car within one weeks time. More

All work was done in a timely matter. The appointment was at 9:00 am in the morning and the vehicle went right into service.
