Great Dealership, customer oriented. In my case I had searched their inventory and many others looking for an elusive 2022 Highlander Hybrid. I left my information and indicated I was ready to deal if one happened to become available. Late Yesterday that happen and I received email from Cogginssaying that a Highlander Hybrid XLE deal had fallen through and the vehicle became available. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with salesman Ryan Faille close to closing time. Ryan checked and informed me the vehicle was still available. He then went the extra mile calling me on his own time from home and took down all the information he would need to set up a purchase this morning. We both knew the vehicle would not be around long so Ryan went into the dealership an hour before opening and began the process for my purchase. Due to the extreme popularity of the Highland Hybrids the dealership’s policy is first come, first serve. I was the first one there this morning and ready to make the purchase. I got the deal and drove that Highlander home. Of course Ryan Faille was the catalyst for my successful purchase and his extra efforts on his own time helped to prepare us both for that to happen. The entire process was completed by midday and I was very satisfied with the deal. I received top dollar for my trade which helped to keep the financing reasonable. My excellent credit even got me a 1.9% interest rate on my finance through Toyota financial. I highly recommend Coggins Toyota if you are looking for a good, and fair deal, and in particular Salesman Ryan Faille who proved to me he would bend over backwards to get my deal. More
