I brought my car in for a check engine light and was expecting a diagnosis on the problem with my vehicle. They performed an MPI on my vehicle which I have gotten from Toyota in the past as a free servi expecting a diagnosis on the problem with my vehicle. They performed an MPI on my vehicle which I have gotten from Toyota in the past as a free service. The only work done on the vehicle was an MPI, and it costs $139. It takes 15-25 minutes to do this and nothing was fixed on the vehicle. I’d say they are advertising false information and the photo I’m putting up shows their original quoted price. The check engine light was off when my car was returned to me, but only after I got a $2,200 estimate for repairs. In my opinion, this business only wants to make money off of you and I would never recommend it. I paid for the “service” and am going to get my car looked at elsewhere. More

John was good. Helped me get my truck quicker than normal and I got a Toyota. I would've made more on trade in for my truck though from Nissan. My other complaint is they don't find the best interest rate for you, so come prepared. I'm sure this is common when buying a new vehicle. I'd buy from John anytime, but next time I expect more. More
