Long wait. Jacob Service rep not at desk had to chase down. Jacob was rude in comments to Colleen. This is third time we brought car in for windows making a scraping noise when they roll down, one of them is still doing that!! Either changing service rep or going to Arlington Toyota next time. Terrible service. I do NOT recommend. I made an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes before hand. It was very chaotic. Cars everywhere. No one came out so I went i I do NOT recommend. I made an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes before hand. It was very chaotic. Cars everywhere. No one came out so I went inside. They told me there would be a 3 hour wait before they get to my vehicle. I asked why would you make so many appointments at the same time and they told me, oh well, that's the way it is. I also spoke to a manager and he told me the same thing. I will never buy another car from this dealership due to the terrible service dept. If you can't get service from a dealership, why buy the car there. After basically being told, too bad, there is nothing they can do so I will just have to wait, I then left the dealership. I called Arlington Toyota on my way home and they gave me an appointment the next day. I went there and the service was great. They had my vehicle inside in about 5 minutes and my service took less than an hour. I give Arlington Toyota 5 Stars and will buy my next Toyota from them. Coggin Toyota, I will NEVER go back. More

An amazing experience is an understatement. They were very helpful, kind, accommodating, and patient. I had the pleasure of working with Elmer and he went above and beyond to be sure I got what I wanted and that fit the needs of my family. He was honest and really took his time in showing me different vehicles and explaining them to me. Their finance department is quick and communicative. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My total time from looking at vehicles to test driving to finance took a total of 3-4 hours. I 100% recommend them and I recommend you stopping by to see Elmer for your car needs.
