I am a young, 22-year-old and have NEVER been to the dealership besides car buying my first car years prior. This was the ONE and ONLY dealership I visited for to look for my second car and I would reco dealership besides car buying my first car years prior. This was the ONE and ONLY dealership I visited for to look for my second car and I would recommend Toyota of the Avenues to friends or family. I made an early appointment with Jim Miller at the dealership (8/5/23) with three goals in mind: to test drive one of their used cars, check out the technology of the car, and was prepared to buy if I liked the car and loved the price, and Coggin Toyota at the Avenues made this happen!! Coggin Toyota gave me $500 MORE for my trade in, and also gave me their best offer for their used car being at a FAIR PRICE!! If you have had issues with dealerships in the past, you should come to this one. I worked with Jim Miller from sales, who was very responsive, and also Dmitry Greyber, the sales manager. On the back end of the transaction, I worked with Mario, the financial manager, and he was fantastic. I enjoyed how Mario explained each of the maintenance and insurance packages, while providing brochures, and even printed out the specific terms and conditions for me to read over. I really appreciated how hard all three employees at Coggin Toyota worked to get me out of the dealership with a newer, safer vehicle (8/12/23).
