I am a calm, polite and petite female. I came to this place to buy a new car. I was approached by an aggressive sales associate who was talking non-stop. He was standing very close to me a I came to this place to buy a new car. I was approached by an aggressive sales associate who was talking non-stop. He was standing very close to me and I could feel his aggressive and angry energy. It made me feel very uncomfortable. The last time I felt this frightened when I was attacked and beaten by an aggressive dog. I felt like I had to leave. The aggression was overbearing. Had a 7:40 appointment & was there 10-15 mins before my appointment time. I was checked in and while I’m waiting I’m noticing people are coming in behind me and their cars were getting serviced before mine appointment time. I was checked in and while I’m waiting I’m noticing people are coming in behind me and their cars were getting serviced before mine. Had I not mentioned anything several other cars would have went before me . Once my care was returned to me I got in a noticed my maintenance light was still on, it was fixed but I was so unhappy width the service i received today. May reconsider visiting this location in the future. More
