Gary was a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased that he was our salesman. He worked very hard that it allowed us to purchase 2 Camry's. Gary explained everything to us and even convinced us to get that he was our salesman. He worked very hard that it allowed us to purchase 2 Camry's. I was not comfortable going to a dealership to buy a new car, but John Benard was very friendly and helpful and he made me feel at home. The other associates were just as friendly, and by the time I made my car, but John Benard was very friendly and helpful and he made me feel at home. My wife and I were apprehensive about buying a car at this time and we went to this dealership just to look around for a purchase we were thinking of making in a few months. When we got there we were app this time and we went to this dealership just to look around for a purchase we were thinking of making in a few months. When we got there we were approached by a salesman John Benard who turned out to be so friendly and helpful that we ended up buying two cars from them. I would definately recommend this dealership to others. Go see John, he will take really good care of you. More
Dameon was the only internet sales person that answered all of my questions in a prompt and timely manner. Coggin had the car I wanted and gave me a great deal. The closer was a little pushy but I can un all of my questions in a prompt and timely manner. Coggin had the car I wanted and gave me a great deal. The closer was a little pushy but I can understand that since they probably didn't make much on the car I bought. All in all I had a great buying experience and I plan on getting my service done at Coggin even though it is not the closest Toyota dealer to me. I took my new xB back to Coggin today to get the xylon protective coating applied and had a good experience at the service department. Rachael took good care of me and made the process fairly painless. Thanks again for a good purchase experience. More
We enjoyed our experience at Coggin. Even though we were not planning on buying a car that day, we felt we got a deal we couldn't pass up. We are very excited about our new purchase and expect to enjoy our not planning on buying a car that day, we felt we got a deal we couldn't pass up. We are very excited about our new purchase and expect to enjoy our car for a long time. I have already told my parents (who are planning on purchasing a new car in the very near future) to definitely consider Coggin. Mike worked with us until 10:30pm at night and was determined to make it work. Great experience overall! More

Gary Marsh was wonderful!!!! Being a veteran in sales I can easily recognize a persons sales talents. Gary is not only an effective salesman but he is a "COGGIN FAMILY TEAM BUILDER". When you deal with G can easily recognize a persons sales talents. Gary is not only an effective salesman but he is a "COGGIN FAMILY TEAM BUILDER". When you deal with Gary you want to send your friends and family to him and when you need another vehicle you want to return to someone who really cares. I have already handed his cards to two potential customers and it was a pleasure to do so. As a pragmatic note I will say to anyone in sales that it is easy to make one sale but the successful person will not only sell that one individual but will do it so well that they sell their friends and family. This formula has always worked and is key to expanding both the individuals sale but the dealerships as well. Too many sales people have lost the skill and the joy of making each customer happy. Gary and the Coggin team made me smile! Tim New More
I found Mr. Austin to be kind, helpful, knowledgeable and absolutely a joy to work with. I have always wanted a convertible, and he worked with my finances to get me the car I wanted. He brought the car to absolutely a joy to work with. I have always wanted a convertible, and he worked with my finances to get me the car I wanted. He brought the car to me to test drive, he brought the papers to me to sign, and assisted me with possible repairs. I would definitely buy from him and Coggin Toyota again. More
Hands down, the most pleasurable experience I have ever Hands down, the most pleasurable experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I initially went through the internet and got an idea of what we Hands down, the most pleasurable experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I initially went through the internet and got an idea of what we were looking for. I was going to buy a four door full size truck. I currently own a Chevy Colorado four door but I wasn't interested in investing in the government any more than the taxes I already pay every year. We had an appointment at 1015 on Saturday morning to do a test drive. We did the internet search on Friday afternoon and submitted a request for information to Coggins Toyota and we were called Friday evening to schedule the test drive. I was a little surprised at how quickly the call back came on Friday. I also know that the car industry is hurting for customers, so it all made sense. The wife and I decided to have an early breakfast on Saturday morning and we found ourselves at the Nissan dealership with no one hovering over us. The wife and I were not very pleased with the available selection and the style did not exactly catch our eye. Our plan was to go to Toyota and then Ford. We showed up at Coggins Toyota around 0900 and as we pulled in, I mentioned to the wife that the "Vultures are circling" as I saw three salesmen waiting for us to get out of our truck. We were approached and I mentioned the name of Toni who had called me on Friday night. As my wife and I were looking at the Tundras on the lot, Mike Hicks came over and began showing us the vehicle, an hour and 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. I was impressed that they were able to do this earlier than scheduled. Mike took us on a test drive and Tundra was awesome. No issues. They even let my wife drive. Not sure I would have done that but they were good with it. The truck drove like a dream. After the drive, Mike took us to see Leo. Leo is an old Army veteran with a heavy accent (Russian). We hit it off immediately and he expressed his desire to sell the truck with minimal haggling and less pain for both parties. I expressed to Leo and Mike that my wife and I had something to do Saturday afternoon and that we would go take care of our business and go to the Ford dealership down the road, Mike Shad Ford. Before leaving, we were given a quote. I explained that if we bought the truck, we would need a spay in bed liner, the bed extender bars, and tubular side step bars added. The quote that we given showed all three items added ($1485.00) and an dealer discount for those at $1500.00. Not bad. Following our errands, we went to Mike Shad Ford and walked through the showroom and all around the lot, stopping and looking into the windows of all the four door full size trucks. Nobody even approached us to ask us if we needed help or if we were lost. We figured that they had sold all the four door full size trucks on the lot, (ha-ha) so after walking the lot and looking inside every truck, we left and went back to Coggins Toyota. The wife and I arrived and explained that the truck the we test drove was the one that we wanted, with those three things added. We did the passing of information and while doing our errands, we got a pre approval for the amount that we were willing to pay. Leo came in our little cubical with Mike and sat down and asked if we were ready to talk. I said yes as I got my best poker face on and then Leo pretty much knocked me out. He said, the truck is yours, out the door for XXXXX. This was 3,000.00 dollars less than what I had planned/been pre approved for, not to mention the 1500.00 dollar discount for those three items and all the tax -2000.00, title-450.00 , fees-700.00, ect...., you get the point. Needless to say, I accepted the deal. I spent more time drinking a soda there than haggling for a new truck. Go to Coggins Toyota and let them talk to you. The product is sound, the people are good people and the experience is awesome. Look for these folks. Mike Hicks- Sales Associate. Leo ( The Russian; I wish I could remember his name) Justin Stoescu- New Car Director, and David Surguine- General Manager (a former Ford guy, but don't hold that against him). Coggins Toyota wants to sell you a vehicle and make some profit off the sale. I agree with capitalism and have no problem participating in it. Even better was that I was given a great vehicle at a very reasonable price. V/R D Mullins More
