My latest trade and purchase at Coggin Toyota is by far the best vehicle experience to date. My trade, an 08 FJ Cruiser, purchased from Mike Hicks in 2009,was carefully assessed and a fair price establishe the best vehicle experience to date. Easiest negotiation ever. My salesman, Mike and the sales manager, Greg, showed genuine interest in my complete satisfaction and were very attentive to both the product and my search criteria: colors, features, etc. Their sincerity, honesty, professionalism and the respect they show the customer is outstanding, qualities rarely found in the auto industry. They were so attentive that you would have thought they were buying this vehicle for themselves. These guys are keepers for sure and demonstrate the very best customer service skills. I also must mention Tony in the parts department who has been a great resourse for information on accessories for the new FJ Cruiser. Again, he shows total focus on the customer and follow through on everything. The accessories were there in a day and he never failed to call me. My most recent service experience was with Don Hollingsworth who guided my decisions with professionalism and expertise, taking complete care of all my service needs. In addition, when doing my initial paperwork for the new FJ, Jonathon Shultz showed patience with the complicated paperwork, with complete and thorough explanations. Everything was completed expeditiously and with a genuinely sincere interest in me and my satisfaction. To boil it all down, I, the customer have been made to feel like part of a family. And I like that. And apparently many others do too, because there is always alot of activity in the showroom and the service area. I love my second FJ and I really love my dealer, Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. More

A.K. was great to deal with. He was very friendly and helpful during the entire process (from test driving to purchase). I was pushed into getting an extended warranty which I had said 'no' to several ti helpful during the entire process (from test driving to purchase). I was pushed into getting an extended warranty which I had said 'no' to several times, and I did not appreciate the pushiness, but that was not A.K. At least the warranty was given to me as a conditional agreement, which is the only reason I agreed. Other than that, everything was very quick and easy and I appreciated that. More

The service as always was great. Tom in service was very attentive and explained everything very clearly. If you had a higher rating that "Great" in you survey, I would have give you that rating.
