This is the second car I've bought at Coggin Toyota and from Yan Bezverkh in the last year. Yan is a very pleasant salesperson and always looks out for the customer. In my case, I went to Coggin to look from Yan Bezverkh in the last year. Yan is a very pleasant salesperson and always looks out for the customer. In my case, I went to Coggin to look at the new Prius C. Yan then let me know about a 2011 Prius II that was deeply discounted. After taking a test drive we were convinced that this was the car we wanted. Yan explained about all the features of the Prius II and compared them with features found in the Prius C. He is very knowledgeable about the Toyota product line. Never any pressure to buy, he guides you to the decision you make. Overall, an excellent sales experience. I highly recommend Yan Bezverkh and Coggin Toyota to anyone seeking a pleasant, satisfying sales experience. More

I mentioned about manufacturing defect regarding Passenger side SRS Airbag. Instead of acknowledging the fact, the technician and service manager tried to convince me, that it could due to Florida h Passenger side SRS Airbag. If this can happen in FL temperatures, then one could imagine what will happen in AZ and CA summer temperatures. Also so far FL has not yet moved to peak summer for this year. My car is just 7 years old. Since dealership service didn't is accepting the manufacturing defect, that to related to airbag assembly, so I am looking for options like, complain to NHSTA and if needed go for other legal options against dealer/Toyota. More
This was my first visit and needed an oil change and tire rotation which was so pleasant. The courtesy on Chris's part was great and his overall professionalism was terrific. This was my first service. Dropped car off at about 7:30am. Though I was met with prompt attention, the rep was not overly friendly. Just doin his job I suppose. At the end of the day, upon picking up 7:30am. Though I was met with prompt attention, the rep was not overly friendly. Just doin his job I suppose. At the end of the day, upon picking up my car, I had to go in to find a service guy sitting behind the counter, again not overly friendly, but once my name was give he promptly had my car pulled around front. We wet outside to meet the car. I asked the rep about removal of a ding in my hood. He said "we don't do that." then recommended that I go see a collision place. No further help was given. When I purchased the car I purchased the additional Toyota care. This type of service was not what I had been sold at purchase time. Then like every sales person does, the service rep told me to expect a survey and that he only expects excellent on the survey. 1. If you demand excellent show me excellent service. 2. Please dont insinuate to me how I should fill out a customer survey. More
I was asked several times about getting "additional" services and had to explain that I will be returning the leased vehicle in 2 months and did not need more work that was not warranted. I was also "looked over" by a cashier while he stood in front of me shuffling paper work that he didn't know what to do with instead of taking care of my bill and going back to the other. However, the biggest shock was, while driving on I-95 I realized that my HOOD WAS NOT CLOSED. THis is not a great thing to discover when you're in the middle of traffic going 80 mph. More

Get a good size of inventory. People are friendly. Easy to negotiate but the price appears to be marked up moderately.
