We agreed on a 5 year loan however,I was tricked into a 6 year loan. I am extremely unhappy with the unprofessional arrogance. I only agreed on the monthly amount based on a 60 month loan. 2) On numerous occasions I called Joel regarding getting the scratches buffed from my car. I finally gave up after weeks of trying to get something scheduled. Joel never got back with me. However, I do intend to have them fixed. Seems like once the papers were signed any customer service you claim to have was gone. Thank you for reading. More

My name is Jonathan, not John. --- Last service I brought my car in for included a replacement window crank handle. I was told it would be ordered and I would be called back. I was never called back, and apparently the part was never ordered. Jeff said he would look into it, and when I arrived back, they had to order the part again, then would hear back this week. No word yet on when it will arrive... personally, I think something like a window crank handle is a pretty basic item that should be kept at the parts shop. Can't understand why it isn't. Hopefully I will hear back something this week on when my window can be fixed - it would be nice to have the ability to roll my window down again. Other than those issues, I am very pleased. More

I had a very bad experience at Arlington Toyota that sent me to Coggin. Once there I was immediately impressed by the difference in customer service. I had brought my RAV4 in for the 60,000 mile service. I've had my car serviced twice before and was very pleased so why change. We came to J'ville for the winter from Tenn and lived on JTB. In Nov we moved to the Int'l Airport area. We pass by a couple of other Toyota Dealerships to get to Coggins! Hopefully this tells you something about our satisfaction with Coggins. Yesterday 3-23-12 we arrived to be met immediately by Jack to start the paperwork and advised me that Jan would be the consultant to help me with the balance of the service process, which she did in a timely and professional manner. The friendly and courteous staff will keep me coming back. More
