I received pretty bad customer service. I purchased four new tires with my service ans asked for an alignment. I was told that everything would be ready at 11:00. I arrived at the service department at 11 new tires with my service ans asked for an alignment. I was told that everything would be ready at 11:00. I arrived at the service department at 11:30 and checked in with the front desk. I waited for one and one half hours before asking again if my car was ready. I was told that the alignment machine was out of service. My car was ready at 11:00 without the alignment but I sat in the lobby after checking in for 1 1/2 hours before I had to ask and was told that the alignment machine was broken. Rediculous. Someone should have let me know especially since 1) had my cell number 2) checked in and 3) was waiting in the lobby. More
I have used Coggin Toyota for more than 5 years for all service on my Toyota. They have provided a consistently high level of service and responsiveness. Bought 2008 toyota sienna had really bad alignment problem dealer said they would fix with the (we owe you form) did not fix!!!! Scam!!!! tire ended up being messed up from the alignment being pulle problem dealer said they would fix with the (we owe you form) did not fix!!!! Scam!!!! tire ended up being messed up from the alignment being pulled out and they said it was a toyota certified car. Beleive me it was not certified. had appointment with service said it would take about 2 hours to fix. three hours later and i am waiting with vehicle havent done anything to vehicle. Do yourself a large favor, if you absoutely have to buy from this dealership, do not have any confidence in their word about fixing anything wrong with the vehicle. Very displeased with their service, they just blow you off. I deal with a good amount of people and i will make sure i share my below poor service level i have had. sale person was nice enough but the service department was terrible and the used car department not backing up what they said is terrible. Jan Conner was the most professional service rep I have worked with at Toyota and by far the most personable. I arrived 30 minutes early to have my car serviced because I hit the 5,000 mile mark. The technicians were able to get me in and out in less time than it took me to drive to the dealership from out of because I hit the 5,000 mile mark. The Sales person knew that I was limited on the cash I had to spend and I couldnt get a financing. He offered me a safe, reliable, great on gas, vehicle and I am satisfied. The price was higher than what I think the car was worth by a few hundred dollars because the dashboard was cracked and I noticed that it looked like on the front bumper a previous owner must've hit something. HOWEVER there was a lot of work done to repair the vehicle (new wheels, head gaskets, air compressor, and it had LOW mileage) That is why I paid the price. I am so happy with the Finance department as well. Very friendly and encouraging. When I can afford to finance a NEW car I WILL be back to the dealership. I have in the past bought (financed) atleast 10 different cars over the years but since claiming bankruptcy earlier this year this was my first experiance dealing with the public. I felt like I wasnt judged and I was treated as an individual not just some dumb woman buying a car. Thank you Coggin Toyota! More
