We chose to look at Coggin Toyota first based on our previous experience with Coggin Chevrolet's service department. I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted since I'd driven a mini-van for so long, but previous experience with Coggin Chevrolet's service department. Steven Barba was not pushy in your typical car salesman kind of way which I appreciated! I drove a couple of other brands, but decided on the Camry at 8:00 on a Saturday night, closing time. Steven Barba and the finance guy stayed late so I could drive my new car home that night. This is only the 2nd brand new car my husband and I have ever bought and I highly encourage everyone to check out Coggin when looking for a new, or used car. More

As soon as we parked, Arun came up and introduced himself and actually listened to what we were looking to do, most importantly when we just wanted to look at cars first, he didn't ask us to come in and fill and actually listened to what we were looking to do, most importantly when we just wanted to look at cars first, he didn't ask us to come in and fill out paperwork right off the bat. He showed us the inside and outside of the cars we were interested in. Then, I explained to him what we were trying to accomplish, he asked his manager and his manager said they could work with us. So, after I told him what we were trying to accomplish, Arun showed us a car that could work for the deal we wanted, it was a 2012 gray toyota corolla. Then, we went inside and started working numbers and finally came to an agreement. Then, because it was so late and we hadn't eaten dinner, Arun offered us some snacks while we had to complete the finance part with Bill. Arun said we could take the stuff we needed for the next day out of the Jeep that we were trading in and then bring it back the next day to be detailed, get floor mats, and a full tank of gas since it was so late. Bill was also a pleasure to do business with. The only thing is that once we ran the final numbers through to Toyota Finance Company, the payment came out a little higher than we originally agreed upon. However, with the difference between the Jeep and Toyota (brand new, no miles, double the mpg, extended warranty, and maintenance package), the higher monthly car payment will end up paying for itself. I came into the dealership prepared to have my the final work done on my 100,000 mile warantee before it ran out. I have been looking to trade it in but I was hesitant to do so. After looking around the lot I became more certain it was time to buy even though my credit is not the same as it was when I bought my last car from you. I was looking for a manual transmition and was told that they are being slowly phased out. There were only 2 corolla's that fit my needs and the one I now have, is the one I was looking for in 2007. Gary was professional and put me right at ease. He greeted me with a genuine hello and spoke to me, not my husband, as I was buying the car. We were able to come to even ground terms and I am, as I have been since 2005 when I purchased my first new car with your dealership, a proud owner of a Toyota. I did get a little confused with Joe K in the finance department. I knew I would carry a high interest rate, but when it came down to making a decision he stated he had two different companies one with a lower interest rate but included road hazard and gap insurance. I assumed it was necessary to recieve the lower interest rate to carry the two options. After speaking to my daughter I discovered that was not the case. However, I am still happy with my new Corolla and will continue to by my vehicles with your dealership. I'll just bring her with me next time. More
