I spoke to Joe over the phone and via e mail. I had explained to him my situation and about my trade. I had already spoke to competetive dealers and asked him where his bottom line pricing was at. We briefly exchanged info and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I was ready to make a purchase that day and told him I was ready to buy and did not want the typical back and forth negotiation sale approach. Joe did exactly as I asked, he presented me with an acceptable sales deal we shook hands and an hour later I drove off in my new Tacoma. I enjoyed doing business with him and I will be a returning customer. Another plus was they did not force all of the dealer add ons like most. They were there, but they were not a must. I have visited another Toyata dealer in Orange Park Fl. on an occasion and they were absolutely pathetic on the pricing. Dealer add ons of 5-8K??? Give me a break. Must have to pay for that fancy building and lounge, along with the kids in the cheesy comercials.. Joe you have got a customer for life! Thanks Coggin Toyaota More

The car that was advertised online was actually at the dealership, the first of five stops where this was the case. Matt Seedorf was just the salesman I needed and I feel lucky to have worked with him. He was friendly and informative but not pushy and that's exactly what I needed. I can honestly say this was an enjoyable experience and I will certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. In addition, when going over my financial paperwork, Justin was thorough but understood it had been a long day and I didn't feel that I could make any more decisions right then. I ended up coming back a day later to purchase an additional protection plan as a result. If I had felt pressured to make a decision with the initial paperwork, the answer would have been no. More

I have purchased many vehicles over my years and never had such a straight forward, no haggle experience such as this one. Obviously I love my new FJ Cruiser. I was VERY happy with Nick Daris. Once I got into Finance they of course starting "upping" my monthly payment. Once I expressed my disappointment, they worked everything out in my favor. THEN, my first bill they of course starting "upping" my monthly payment. Once I expressed my disappointment, they worked everything out in my favor. THEN, my first bill was not due until 5/18/2012. One week before, I still had not gotten a bill. I called FOUR times, (three of which I spoke with Justin) who was going to relay the message to the individual who financed my account. This individual was never in the office when I called nor returned my call (if the message was ever relayed). On my fourth call, I asked for the Finance supervisor who advised me the Funding was just completed and advised me to call SE Finance. When I called, they still did not have me on file. When I called back the following day (5/16/2012), I was in the system as my due date was STILL on 5/18/2012 and was not extended. My question is, why did it take so long to process to where I was in the system TWO days before the bill date? There was no "account" set up for me until that time. More
