In some dealerships, you feel that you have a dollar sign on your face and that you are just a means to an end - they do not take time to listen or to make you feel that your satisfaction is important to them. Selling a car is primary to them, customer satisfaction is secondary. At Arlington, I feel that everyone we dealt with was sincerely interested in us as the customer first. Chase in the service area was also very help when we brought our van in to have the scotch guard done and also when we had trouble with our Playstation and the connections in the back. I was working with Yan a couple months ago but the timing was off. They offered me a good deal on the Camry back then but I couldn't do it. But when I was in the market again, he was more than willing to as was off. They offered me a good deal on the Camry back then but I couldn't do it. But when I was in the market again, he was more than willing to assist me. Yan is a very knowledgable person and always made sure to get me the right info even if he didn't know it on the spot. Yan did a very good job and I would recommend others to him. The only oddity during the transaction was the manager on duty wasn't too friendly. He came by Yan's workstation a few times while my wife and I were there and only on the 3rd time did he acknowledge me....and that was after I was the one to say hello. My only recommendation is that the managers would go out of there way to be nice. Good thing Yan made me feel welcome. More

I believe there is always room for improvement. Below are some of the negative experiences I had during my last service. 1) Asked for a car wash, which was not done. 2) Asked the technician to take a loo some of the negative experiences I had during my last service. 1) Asked for a car wash, which was not done. 2) Asked the technician to take a look at the window rubber strap issue - wasn't given any update regarding the same. 3) Came in at 8.00 AM and had to wait till 9.45 AM to get into a shuttle back to home. Keeping this aside, I would also like to mention that the newly assigned manager (forgot his name) is just awesome. He was very friendly and took out time to interact with me and made sure we are completely satisfied with our visit. I appreciate his efforts and will be there for my next service too. Coggin Toyota delivers the best service for maintanence and repair of my Camry. I keep coming back, even though there are two Toyota dealships with service departments much closer to my home. I have used i and repair of my Camry. I keep coming back, even though there are two Toyota dealships with service departments much closer to my home. I have used independent repair shops in the past, specifically I had always been a fan of RPM. I've given up using RPM or that Toyota dealership on Youngerman Circle because they do not work like Coggin Toyota, work done correctly the first time. More
